The responsiveness of the staff at distance was slow. For this price, a locker for early entry and later departure should be guaranteed. If there is no locker, we would have to pay 50 EURO extra.

A little more storage would be nice

The location was great, around the corner from all main attractions, eateries. The hotel is clean, and the interiors are relatively new, though some parts need maintenance.

I paid for a family suite, which looked superb in the pictures, was instead given a room which was claimed to be in the same category- at the entrance level. Low standards, one instead of two beds and a poor sofa bed. After several exchanges with personnel and having to stay in a dark, sub-par room for a night, we were moved to the room we originally booked. That room was good- but the way the hotel imposed the lower category room on us, and resisted changing rooms claiming the same category was bad. I asked for a refund for my first night, which wasn’t given.
