חוויה מהממת 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 🥳 🥳 🥳 והמקום מדהים. 💜💜💜 הילדים שיחקו בבריכה, ואנכנו נהננו מהנוף, 360° של ים, והרי אילת ...לא רצינו לצאת מהצימר :) מקום שקט ופרטי ובעל הבית ערן דאג לנו ללא הרף שאל אם חסר משהו ותמיד בחיוך יש במטבחון מאובזר היינו מכינים ארוחת בוקר .. וצהרים אוכלים בחוץ ...חוויה אוריינטלית סיגנון המקום כמו בתיילנד ... והילדים כבר ביקשו לחזור שנה הבאה בטוח חוזרים .🙏

וואו היתה לנו חופשה מושלמת ממש ערן הבעלים קיבל אותנו בכניסה היה בקשר איתנו עוד לפני שהגענו נכנסנו לצימר חלומי נוף מטורף לים ולהרי אילת הצימר מאוד מרווח בריכה פרטית בתוך הסלון. הצימר מעוצב בסגנון תאילנדי יפייפה המקום נקי ומאובזר בכל מה שרצינו אין ספק שנחזור שוב בחופשה הבאה באילת 🙏❤️

הצימר ממוקם במרכז העיר. נוף מטורף של כל הים, ברקע כל מפרץ אילת והרי אדום, מעוצב בסגנון תאילנדי, אותנטי, בריכה פנימית פרטית ומפנקת. בעל הבית ממש מקסים, דאג לכל מה שרצינו. אין לנו ספק שנחזור.❤️

מדובר בעוקץ קלאסי! אל תתקרבו הנכס מפורסם כדירה של שלושה חדרי שינה פלוס סלון בגודל 150 מטר המתאים למשפחה במחיר המתאים לדירות יוקרה. המחיר המבוקש לשלושה לילות היה 5400 שח. הנכס נמצא בשכונת עוני חרדית בעיר בבניין מוזנח ביותר . למעשה מדובר בפרגולה עם קירות זכוכית המקיפים אותה. אין שלושה חדרי שינה, יש שתי מיטות זוגיות המופרדות במחיצה חלקית ללא פרטיות והמקום אינו מתאים למשפחות וילדים . בעל הבית נהג איתנו בחסור הגינות משוועת כשהבין שאיננו מתכוונים להישאר בנכס מפני שאינו תואם את ציפיותנו. בעל הבית דרש שנשלם 50% מהכסף גם שלא נשארנו כדי שלא נפרסם את חוות דעתינו על המקום. בסוף לא החזיר אף שקל מהסכום ששילמנו. הוא הציע להשאר ביחידה נוספת של חדר אחד במצב נורא וכמובן שלא רצינו. הצענו לו פיצוי הוגן של 1000 ש"ח כשראינו באיזה נכס מדובר והוא בחמדנותו סרב. מציעים לכם לא להתקרב !!! הפסדנו את כל כספנו ונאלצנו לחפש מקום באילת בשיא עונת החגים. גם לאחר שלושה ימים ושיחות רבות עם שרות הלקוחות של בוקינג לא קבלנו מענה. The property is advertised as a three-bedroom apartment plus a living room, measuring 150 square meters, suitable for a family at a luxury apartment price. The requested price for three nights was 5400 shekels. The property is located in a poor ultra-Orthodox neighborhood in a very run-down building. In fact, it's more like a pergola with glass walls surrounding it. There are not three bedrooms; there are two double beds separated by a partial partition with no privacy, and the place is not suitable for families and children. The homeowner treated us poorly when he realized we didn't intend to stay in the property because it didn't meet our expectations. He demanded that we pay 50% of the money even though we didn't stay so that we wouldn't leave a negative review of the place. In the end, he didn't refund any of the money we paid. He offered us to stay in another unit with one room in terrible condition, which we obviously refused.

The location is perfect, the view is very beautiful, the design of the place, the decor and furniture is great. The owner of the place is a very nice and respectful person.

The cleanliness in the place was not good enough, I would have liked cupboards and drawers, refrigerator and other things to be more clean.

Very different kind of experience than a standard apartement. Avant guard. The cute pool in the middle of the suite is ingenious.

Large space with indoor pool/hot-tub at right temperature. Comfortable sofas. Kitchenette with large refrigerator. Parking on site (for all building - not reserved but mostly available, otherwise free parking in the street across). Quiet building (no bars next to it). Large windows with Seaview.

Kitchen could have a small oven/toaster (perhaps combined with micro). The property located at 9th floor with private stairs from 8th floor. There are also few steps inside to cross from living room/kit/pool tp BR and bathroom. Large windows means also more light (including in early morning). No dining table (but large sturdy coffee table in from of sofa).
