Everyone enjoyed our stay. Great communication with the owners, clean property. Game room was amazing for both kids and adults; it saved everyone from a bored rainy day. The kids fed half our groceries to the deer every day by hand, lol. They loved it!

Great place to stay, nice trails near the property and we all felt very safe. The house is very nice and the game room was a ton of fun no matter the age. We all had a great time and would definitely return. Although the first night we got there, we were not imputed into the system and almost had to find somewhere else to stay. Thank goodness the owners are very responsive and took care of the issue!!

The property is what it was advertised to be. Great atmosphere. All the amenities were there everything we needed. It felt like home plus more. And we're glad that it didn't snow.

Game room scores an A+ from the boys. Hot tub scored an A+ from the adults and proximity to the ski resorts scored an A+ from everyone.

What attracted me to this property was the game room and it did not disappoint! We had a very fun stay. The house is cozy and well equipped. It is also about 15-20 mins from all attractions.

My first impression was that the cleaning person did a great job! The game room was wonderful and also the hot tub. The traffic noise was on the loud side, because the house sits on the main road in and out of the community. Not much privacy with it being in a community and houses all around. Kitchen was well stocked of seasonings, vegetable oil, cookware and such. A few more pieces of silverware would have been great because we did alot of our own cooking and it seemed we were always out of spoons and forks. Bring your own laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs. it was nicely decorated and the beds were pretty comfortable. the carpet in the living room was considerably dirty, but it is the main entry. great communication from the owner. some minor repairs and this place could be great!

The house was nice and the garage game room was a ton of fun. Back yard had plenty of space for yard games. The owners were easy to get ahold of and everything was easily to follow. The only thing that was a pain was the check in at the community gate. The check in for our cars took anywhere from 25-35 minutes. We sat in a line of cars for a significant time when we first arrived.

A nice property location in a secure area. Quiet, peaceful. The amenities, although we did not use them all were clean and organized. We did the pool. Probably all of our favorite was the wildlife, the deer would practically walk up to you. Would literally be almost right next to you like you weren't even there. Gameroom was a definite draw for us, separate so the kids could play while we had the peace and quiet on the deck or in the house. To be honest the only thing we can really negatively say was cosmetic, the back deck may need some attention, but it was still functionable and enjoyable. Great communication with the owners, we had forgotten something in the closet, and are in the process of sending it back to us. We would definitely consider renting again. Hopefully this helps. Great property, loved the hot tub and fire pit, had a nice big backyard to hangout in and nearby the lake. We had a great stay with all of our family and friends!

Great place to stay. Owners were wonderful and the place was a little gem in the Poconos. Located within 15-20 min drive to key attractions/spots. In a gated community but plenty of privacy. LOVED the game room.

This House was very clean upon arrival and the check in process was a breeze. The game room was so much fun, the hot tub was so relaxing and clean! We had a Wonderful Time!

This was an excellent booking. From the communication to all the needs met I would HIGHLY recommend this stay to others. I've already passed it around! It is EXCELLENT if the weather isn't great or cold with the hot tub and game room. Go heree!

We have stayed at many VRBO houses, but this wasn't our favorite unfortunately. I will say that the property is exactly like the pictures and the game room, hot tub, and backyard which we could barely use because of low temps, makes the rental its value. Without these features, it does not feel like a vacation house and I would have been disappointed with the price. The living room isn't cozy due to the uncomfortable couches. The kitchen is basic: there was a semi working coffee pot and keurig without coffee to actually brew for it which wasn't ideal for the morning. Having to walk in and outside the house to game room also wasnt the greatest to bring snacks and drinks back and forth although we were fortunate enough to see 5 deer up close and personal right in the backyard! Beds were comfortable, but there was nothing special about the bedrooms either. Water pressure for shower was also very low. I am surprised this house was a 4.8. I'm rating this place 4 stars because it was clean and as I mentioned the amenities made it. If you are looking for a place to relax and feel pampered. This is not it. More for a family night time pitstop.

Stayed here for a short getaway with some friends. The gameroom was perfect for our stay. The house was very clean and pretty close to the lake. We all said that we would definitely stay again.
