Le lit était un peu trop petit pour deux personnes. Mon fils de grande taille s’est aussi plaint d’avoir les pieds hors du lit

Good apartment with washing machine and usual kitchen facilities. Great location within walking distance of Waterfront. Good restaurants within easy walking distance.

There was no safe in the room.

Modern, spacious facility with all the necessary amenities. In close proximity to the city and beaches. Doorman was very friendly.

Elevator took very long to arrive to our floor every time. Painters and other construction workers were annoying right through our stay. Our parking lot was in the open air and sun. Rooftop area not very neat. Service at the reception desk not very good.

Location, size of room, room amenities were all good. Bathroom could be a bit bigger for the price paid.

Really poor service upon checking in. Room not ready at 15h00 in the afternoon! Staff disinterested. Convoluted system of checking in and parking. Elevator lobby being refurbished - can forgive that, but all walkways moving off the lobby were filthy. Swimming pool area also dirty (debris lying around the pool).

I liked the property itself. It is a nice property in a good location.

So many things in the property did not work. The oven never worked. The air con didn't work the first day when we arrived, but was fixed the second day. If you boiled the kettle it tripped the breaker but finally after 2-3 days another kettle was brought. The balcony doors upstairs never worked and the blinds over the upstairs windows were so broken you had to manually pull them up and down. The lady we were to communicate with did not respond about 25% of the time. We were told upon check-in that only one outlet/light would work during load shedding. Fortunately there was not much load shedding or we would have been very upset about that. But it was not a deal breaker in the end.

Great location if you need to be close to the stadium.

Wet washing was left in die machine. Not enough towels were provided for everyone that booked. The lift to the pool deck needs serious renovating. During loadshedding, all the corridor lights were off, which made the entire place pitch dark. By now, this type of property, at this price, needed to have sorted out alternative electrical solutions.
