The views were incredible when we could see the mountains. The staff was excellent and helpful. Location to town was very close and we loved that the resort was eco-friendly. Food at the restaurant was really good and having breakfast brought to our room was fantastic.

The apartment was small for 2 people but it could sleep 5. There were only 5 hangers for 2 people, let alone 5. The kitchen was not well equipped to cook and there was nothing to wash dishes or countertops with. There was only 1 small tea towel to dry dishes and counters with. The shower pole had 2 pieces that broke off every day, not important but needs to be fixed and you could only use the shower head hand-held as you could not raise the head. The towels were very thin and scratchy, even by European standards. The fan in the bathroom didn't work either. None of this affected our stay, we told the staff, but can not give an excellent review. We still enjoyed our stay.

Konnten nichts finden….

We had an exceptional stay at Jasna Natur Resort. The staff were incredibly kind and surprised our family with two complimentary ice creams and a paddle board, which made the experience even more special. The breakfast was excellent, and the beautiful lakeside location made this one of the highlights of our trip to Slovenia.
