Facile ceck-in, disponibilità dell’host, posizione

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Rome! The apartment was extremely clean, modernly furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect – close to all the main attractions, yet quiet enough to relax after a day of sightseeing. The host was incredibly kind and proactive – from the first contact to the end of our stay, he was always available for any questions or needs. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places worth visiting, which was very helpful since it was our first time in Rome. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to experience the true spirit of Rome with great accommodation and an excellent host. We would definitely come back!

Property is in a nice building and was very spacious. Area was nice and had several bars and restaurants nearby, as well as a beautiful park nearby. Host was very nice.

Requested early check in and was told we could only check in after 5pm. This was a miscommunication as the host actually meant AT 5pm. We didn't know this so had killed time and arrived to the property at 6pm expecting to be able to check in. We were then told the host would be half an hour. The communication slowly went back and forth before he eventually advised us to get a drink as he would be a bit longer. We didn't get to check into the property until almost 8pm. Property advertised with a washing machine which is locked in the owners cupboard, fortunately the host allowed us to use this. There was no dryer or drying rack. Garden was overgrown.
