This place was amazing and certainly went above and beyond our expectations. The place was beautiful in architecture and in a lovely area of the city. Amazing room, staff, service and the spa was a lovely touch- especially as it was enjoyed privately. The rooftop was also beautiful and sunny with amazing views and a great place to relax. The hotel provided us with lots of recommendations including restaurants. We visited a place called El Camino which was amazing and we definitely recommend. We had our room upgraded to the best room which was amazing, it was a really big yet light and airy space and solidified that we will need to come back. A great place to come in December and prices are lower and the weather is still great. Thanks again :)

Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful standard of accommodation and all beautifully presented. The rooftop pool and Spa are both really nice and private.

Breakfast was delicious. The situation of the hotel in the middle of the old town of Palma was ideal - you could walk everywhere easily. The staff were the best ever! So helpful and always with a smile. Loved every minute of my stay here!

Extraordinary inadequate storage in the bedroom even for a short stay for two people. One small hanging cupboard( unsuitable for long dresses or suit trousers) two shelves and one drawer. Even bedside tables solis blocks with no drawer! Nowhere to hang a coat

Upgraded to a suite for my birthday the staff made a huge effort to make sure we had the best stay The rooms a beautifully designed, and the roof terrace is just spectacular. The weather was fantastic for October, which gave us the chance to enjoy the city whilst using the roof terrace to enjoy the sun.

I loved everything, the hotel can be a little noisy over night but it is a city centre and I can't comment on rooms below a suite.

location was close to shops and restaurants in the old quarter with the beach 15 minutes walk away.

Despite an ‘upgrade’ The room we were given had very high windows which were too high to even look out of. after complaining we were moved to a room very close to reception but this was a little dark but had 2 French windows overlooking an alley way with compromised privacy as close to the ground. designer rooms but no hooks to hang your swimming costumes/ swimming towels. The wardrobe did not allow full length garments only shirt/sweater length. Overall this is a nice hotel but at £400/night I was expecting a little more.

Ideally located in Calatrava, the most beautiful and atmospheric barrio of Palma Old Town. Stunningly converted old mansion house set around a traditional Mallorcan patio. Lovely rooftop sunbathing and bar area. Discreet and charming service. Very comfortable and well-designed rooms. Walking distance to many of the main visitor sites and shopping.

A few minor quibbles. Although my (standard) room was lovely, it was small, with glass-doored loo and shower at the bottom of the bed, so fine if you're on your own but a little intimate for a couple. The hotel can be quite confusing to navigate and there's a distinct lack of internal signage. Breakfast was good but not five-star. The bread selection was poor and no different to what you would get in any Spanish two-star: tasteless pan moreno and bog-standard baguettes and white-sliced. No sign of artisan bread or sourdough or rye etc, which is widely available in Palma. Coffee also disappointing, which is self-service from a bog-standard coffee maker.

This hotel is exceptional in every way. We stayed 3 nights at the start of our 10 day honeymoon in Mallorca and we couldn’t have asked for a more special experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t do enough to make the experience unforgettable. Cava on arrival, beautiful decor in every corner, STUNNING room, perfect location, delicious breakfast and the friendliest, most professional staff! A special mention to Paula on reception who bent over backwards to find us dinner reservations to make our time in Palma even more amazing. We loved it, thank you so much!

Wonderful hotel in Old Town of Palma in lovely restored historical building. Very kind and helpful staff. Stayed in an exquisite suite with all comfort you could ask for. The roof top area with sun chairs, a small pool and a bar was nice to have access to. We'd love to be back some day!

The Hotel is beautiful but the staff are even better. Sonia and Laura were absolutely fantastic and even that is an understatement.... Helpful from the minute we booked and all the way through our trip and even after our flight issues they were amazing... we will be back because the hotel is amazing but the real reason we will be back is because of the experience sonia and Laura gave us.

Fantastic hotel, clean, modern, with excellent facilities. Very helpful staff who are more than willing to give you useful tourist information or make your stay more comfortable. Very friendly atmosphere. Great rooftop bar area which is perfect for relaxing during the day or in the evening. The spa has everything you want and is well kept. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others and would like to go back one day!
