The Booty was in an amazing location, just a short walk away from the centre of Salcombe. There is dedicated parking which takes the stress away from needing to find somewhere! The garden & seating area are gorgeous, with a beautiful view of the harbour in the distance. The apartment is spacious and has everything you’d need during your stay, it was perfect for having a dog with us too. The owner, Andrew, was extremely accommodating and arranged a late check out for us so we could enjoy the morning in Salcombe before our long journey home. We will definitely return in the future and would recommend to all.

Just about everything. We definitely recommend this property
Family bathroom steams up quite a lot. If we were able to open the bathroom window that would have helped but we couldn’t find the window lock key
The kitchen was so well stocked with plates, cooking utensils etc that there wasn’t a spare cupboard to store food we brought with us. It didn’t bother us but it wouldn’t harm to free up one cupboard.

I can’t recommend this place enough!! The interiors were high-end, cosy and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped. We had partial view of the see and our little garden with a BBQ grill. The location is excellent, it’s quiet yet accessible to facilities and amenities, one minute walk to a playground, 3 minutes walk to the center- which is super handy with children. The owners were friendly, helpful and resourceful- they were able to organise high end yacht tour that was not available online! I highly recommend the Booty, definitely coming back!

it was absolutely lovely, like a home from home, we really enjoyed our stay. The view was fantastic and everything was as we would have wanted. Andrew was very kind and helpful, checking we had everything we wanted during our stay and assuring us there was no rush to leave on our final day. the trip, and the property, couldn’t have been better!
There was nothing that we didn’t like - if I was to make any suggestions to improve things, maybe a fan that we could use in the bedroom during the summer months? Otherwise, everything was lovely.

Central location, only a few minutes to walk down to the Main Street in Salcombe. Beautifully furnished apartment, very high quality, 2 parking spaces and shower was amazing!
Nothing we didn’t like about the apartment… only the weather let us down but there are lots of wet weather options - board games / SkyTV & Netflix available.

The Booty has everything you could possibly need! Decorated to a very high standard with high quality kit (neff oven, lovely strong showers, white company linen, Weber BBQ etc etc). They have thought of every detail which made our stay so comfortable! Great location (less than 5min walk to centre Salcombe). Lovely! Thank you!

A home from home with everything we needed, with comfortable beds, views of the water and beyond, nice terrace to sit out and watch the world go by from. Central location was very convenient, just a couple of minutes' stroll into the heart of town. Good communications from our hosts, including local information, walks etc. (recommend the walk to Snapes Point!)
