The view of the beach was good.

The living room furniture was terribly uncomfortable. The television is microscopic. The balcony furniture was cheap, broken plastic, and not tall enough to sit and look over the balcony.

Negatives-no hot tub, patio dirty (had to wear sandals on patio because feet would get black), had to waste 20 minutes and a phone call to get into room, had no internet for a day as internet kept asking for a pin number and I was not given a pin number, called about the lack of internet and took several hours for someone to get back to me and they were stumped also. Finally about 24 hr later someone else got back to me about internet situation. I had to have internet during this time and had to go to library to get a connection (for work). By the time someone got back to me, I had already had to go to library for several hours to get a connection and had used alternate way to get online in the room. The alternate way did not work earlier.

The beds wasn’t too comfortable, only complain!

The location

I want to express my extreme disappointment and disgust with our rental. Upon arrival, we were unable to get into our apartment because the door is sticking badly. We had to have assistance from security to push the door open. Once entering the apartment, we found maintenance equipment blocking the hallway, making it nearly impossible to get into the living area. Security informed us we would have to contact our renter to have it removed. I tried calling but was on hold for fifteen minutes with no answer. We managed to get our belongings inside, in spite of the equipment being in our way, only to discover a poorly maintained and very outdated space. We are appalled at the state of disrepair and neglect of the apartment’s condition. For the expense incurred, we feel the level of quality is deplorable. Concerns and complaints include: Kitchen counter tops and cabinets are splintered and broken, as well as bathroom cabinet doors; there is residual food remains in the crevices between the stove and counter top; dirty/dusty air and return vents with the kitchen vent appearing to have black mold on louvers; there are only sheets on the beds, with no extra bedding provided (blankets) and when we turned the sheets down, there was still sand in the beds; tile flooring had not been cleaned food crumbs all over, no window covering for sliding patio doors for privacy and doors wouldn’t lock creating a safety issue, the lamp in the full size bedroom is barely holding together, with a broken switch causing you to only be able to have lighting in the room if you plug it in and unplug it for on/off; no over head lighting in the bedrooms, the mattress and springs are very worn, squeaking and creaking with any movement; the queen sized bedroom closet door when opened, came off the track and fell towards me; there is an insufficient amount of hangers for a week long stay for two women; and the living room chair cushion appears dirty and blood stained.

Location was great!! Security guard was amazing and helpful! Manager was great and very responsive! Tons to do with not all traffic of FL.. It was a great stay that we was very pleased to book within same day. The pool was great and it was very clean, loved the on-site laundry facilities and fact they sold ice on site! And restaurant in back yard with stores around to buy whatever you could need.

If I was a secret shopper I would recommend better beds, as even though in back bedroom either bed worn out but every time you turned over the headboard was hitting the wall. And I would recommend using air fresheners in that unit as it had carpet and the musky smell of water filled the air on the first night.. or to replace carpet. The frying pans wasn't very good as everything stuck when frying. But it was a great time, just not long enough!!

The location is fantastic. I like being next to a restaurant and a market. The view from the balcony is great. I didn't have any complaints from neighbors being loud. Good infrastructure. Plenty of towels.

The main bed was uncomfortable. Hot water ran out pretty fast when everyone was showering. There wasn't a stopper for the 2 year old's bath. No curtains for privacy on the windows/balcony doors. No hair dryer.
