Our pent was beautiful beyond words pictures are not doing it justice. The place was clean beautiful and smelling fresh.

It was harmonious not to many people walking around. The employees were all friendly. I give them 10/10

This place is fantastic, connected to a very large golf course in a safe and nice part of town. All the facilities you could want, I have stayed in many nice places in the world, this is one of the best.

Easier access to the walk on the golf course, could only get get back into the hotel with the help of a guest!

the structure was amazing.

the room air conditioning wasn’t great and the room was hot and uncomfortable during the day and night, the drainage system in the room was disturbing, has an uncomfortable smell aswell, the cleaning staff at the spa/indoor warm pool area was rude and unprofessional.

The facilities were very modern

The tub in the middle of the bedroom was a no for me. I also felt hotel should have advised of the challenges they were having with Johannesburg water. While it was not their fault, it was to me a material issue to advise customers on booking that there was no water in the rooms.

Location , facilities and great staff

Aircon in my room was not working properly . Staff could not seem to get it working properly .

We travelled for my mothers birthday - the apartment was fantastic with impeccable service from their staff - special thanks to the staff who went over and above to cater to our additional needs.

The room was nice and spacious, with a nice ambiance to it. The location is safe and convenient, with Masjid Furqaan a mere 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast was solid - a buffet, with the ability to order extra items like the type of eggs you want, which is included in the normal breakfast charge. Turndown was quite cool as - having someone come through and get your room ready for the nice.

In the room we stayed, the hot water was not working properyly in all of the taps. With this, the hot water was not extremely hot (as my wife likes). The fridge in the room also did not really keep the as cold as expected. For the type of hotel, the heating options in the room were limited with the aircon only allowing temperatures up until 26 degrees celcius - an additional heater or electric blanket would be appreciated.
