Updated condo with open floor plan. Kelly anticipates your every need and did not disappoint us. Just a few thoughts: you may want to bring flashlights for every person who wants to go to the beach at night. Condo provides towels for the pool, but do you need to bring your own beach towels. If you want to do extensive cooking, bring your own spices and oil. The kitchen is well stocked. Look for the broom and the dustpan in the closet. Please respect the dunes, there is a lot of fragile wildlife, and those need not to be disturbed. Yes, snakes do live in those. Two pickle ball courts that can be played on, even with 100° outside if you get there before 8 AM in the morning because the building provides shade. Equipment is available for beginners, but if you are a good player, bring your own. Don’t get scared away by the heat, there’s always a breeze.

We had a week break with our 2 children 3 y/o and 6 y/o. The property was absolutely perfect! The views of the sea and beach were even better than the photos suggested. The pool was wonderful and quiet and the beach was right on the doorstep. The property had absolutely everything we needed with chairs and games for the beach. The location was great and just a short drive to the strand and harbour area. Absolutely loved our stay, thank you!!

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful. Easy beach access. Condo has everything you need. Great family vacation!

Great stay at beautiful condo!!

The condos were awesome. Its just far enough out of town to have your privacy while close enough for entertainment. The beach has sand and is about as good as you can get for the central coast. I am from Texas and have been up and down the coast. This was my favorite family spot hands down. The grounds are well maintained. They have grills, pools, hammocks and beach wagons.

We love this property. It has a beautiful view and it's in a quiet location. The property is well maintained and easy to check-in and check-out. We will be back!

Do yourself a favor and call ahead to verify the Galvestonian has your reservation. A lack of communication between property managers resulted in us having to choose between booking and paying for a second condo or turning around and going home. We are thankful that once it was sorted out, we did receive a refund for the alternate condo. But the confusion and inconvenience and hours of missed time on the beach unpacking then repacking and switching condos and dealing with this really soured the start of our 2 night stay. Other issues we encountered involved incorrect programming of our room keys so that we were locked out mid day, and incomplete cleaning of the condo. But both of these issues, I believe, stemmed from the booking miscommunication. So even though you receive a verification email with check-in instructions, call ahead and make sure the property manager has also communicated with the front desk and they know your information, room number and length of stay.

Loved the Galvestonian. It is well-kept and has friendly staff. The unit was perfect for us with a great view. I did miss a laundry access though!

This was our 3rd trip to this condo, and it’s always a great trip. The Galvestonian is clean and quiet, on a private beach, with excellent amenities and the BEST location. This condo is on the 1st floor (not ground level), has a great view, always clean and has everything you’d need. Beds are comfy, water pressure is excellent, and Kelly is a dream to communicate with. Pack your clothes and coffee, and you’re good to go. We hope to come back soon!

My family and I loved this place! The condo was very clean and well maintained. The location is great as it’s quiet yet close to town. We will be be coming back!

Everything is as advertised! It’s right on the beach! You can pay to have someone set up umbrellas and chairs on the beach. You’re not very far from shopping and restaurants! A great time was had by all!

Beautiful property. The condo overlooks the gulf and is a perfect place to stay when you visit Galveston. The rooms were very clean and the bed in the primary was so very comfortable. Had a great time even though it was a short trip. Will definitely look to book again if we are in the area.

Perfect location and tasteful beach decor. Wanted to move in. Pool is amazing heated and hot tub. Balcony perfect for morning coffee. Met our needs. Quick response from host. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed the facilities and the beach. Access to the condo and facilities was smooth and easy. Someone was at the front desk at all times. Area was clean and very safe. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We were pleased with the location of the strip to the condo as well. Far enough from the busy of it but close enough to go for dinner or to walk around. There were a few things to note in the condo- the listing mentions spices available however the salt was out and the pepper was near being out as well. Not a big deal other than we didn’t order any spices in our grocery order. The master bathroom towel bar was barely screwed into the wall. We didn’t use for our stay once we realized how loose it was. As there was no washer and dryer in the unit or on the property this made drying towel and suits difficult. The second bathroom ceiling paint is peeling off the ceiling. Overall good stay and we would go back again.

Nice condo and great location- close to Seawall and strand. Condo was clean and comfortable- shower was amazing! Weather was cold and rainy so did not get to enjoy the beach but went to Moody Mansion and the Strand.

The unit has good beds and televisions and is well kept. The Galvestonian is in a great location and has a beautiful pool, hot tub and picnic area. There were very few guests there during the week. The only negatives were overly strict towel and wristband policies that felt a bit unwelcoming.

Nice condo and great location- close to Seawall and strand. Condo was clean and comfortable- shower was amazing! Weather was cold and rainy so did not get to enjoy the beach but went to Moody Mansion and the Strand.

Stay was very nice. Even during a remodel, although we were a little inconvenienced, we had a great time, and it was a great facility.

The property owner never answered my questions or reached out to us at all. The condo building is safe, but requires guests to wear an annoying green bracelet that they have to put on you themselves. Really dumb. No one should be expected to put on and off a cheap itchy bracelet their whole vacation. Condo itself is nice, but has WAY too many decorations on every surface. It would be so much less cluttered and nice if there was less stuff. Not child friendly until you move everything out of the way.

Stay was very nice. Even during a remodel, although we were a little inconvenienced, we had a great time, and it was a great facility.

Wonderful condo with beautiful views! Only issue was they were resurfacing the parking lot and we had to park in the garage, my husbands truck did not fit. We were not informed of the parking situation beforehand so that was a bit confusing when we arrived. Besides that it was a fabulous weekend and great place to stay!
