While compact in size, the villa is very clean and has everything we needed, perfectly located in the little village of Agia Effimia. A very short stroll into a beautiful place. Lovely tavernas and restaurants and very friendly people well worth a visit! Also can't thank Lena and Lisa enough for the prompt responses to our queries, even in the middle of the night!!

Property very well equipped for self-catering and the central position made shopping very easy. Perfect house with wonderful very safe outside space for families. Beautifully lit at night. Hosts were very responsive. Also very near very good tavernas. Very good value for money.

Lovely little house in a great location on a quiet side street. Bathroom and kitchen have clearly been refurbished in the recent past to a high standard. Nice outside space to sit and have a glass of wine of an evening and even a garden area for kids to play in. Arrived to water, fruit and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Its classed as a villa, so you are on your own in terms of dealing with emptying bins/cleaning - no mid week cleaning service. We didn't find this a problem and there are village bins a couple of streets away which we visited on the way to the beach.

Can't think of anything about this place that made me frown. Bedrooms aren't particularly spacious but you only sleep there and the bed (double) was comfy!

Mrs Lena was a wonderful host, even giving us tips for the best places to eat and find things in the village, she was also very each to reach and communicate with in the lead up to our arrival. The house is located in the most gorgeous little village, and perfectly located to reach the beach, shops and restaurants. The house itself is very cute and comfortable, perfect for the 5 of us who stayed.

Lena's tips for where to find everything we needed were great, you could consider putting all the information into a book or folder in the house so the guests can remind themselves of all your great tips.

The house in general was beautiful, clean and has everything you need, the one thing you need is your baggage. is it very close to the see and allot of restaurants near by. The owner is there for you for everything you need even the neighbor is very nice and always to help if you need. Very nice persons. It was a excellent stay and we will be back for sure.

Great location. Quiet. Close to the local beach, coffee shops and restaurants.

We had such a wonderful time at Lena's place, everything was perfect. The location of Agia Efemia is the perfect size, not too busy but plenty of places to eat out and supermarkets to get supplies. The house was 2 mins walk to the harbour with a little beach, supermarket and bus stop - giving access to the surrounding area and yet the street was so quiet and peaceful apart from the sound of crickets! There was plenty of space outdoors and in. There were 6 of us staying there (3 adults, 3 children) and there was plenty of space. We spent a lot of time in the front paved garden, which was full of plants and trees giving us natural shade. Lena could not have been more helpful and so friendly. I would definitely recommend Agia Efemia and Lena's villa.

just be aware the Google map marker was wrong - our taxi driver had a little bit of trouble finding the place but then a friendly local directed us there and Lena was on hand to help
