Vessel Hotel Campana Susukino

We like almost everything here. Staff are friendly and helpful. All the amenities are well stocked at the front desk area. Buffet breakfast was good selection and they do rotation on seasonal items. The location is great with many transportation options.

We don’t like the mattress on the tatami. It’s a bit thin for a side sleeper. And the walkway is narrow. The space to fit our luggages is small.

住宿的客人大多為韓國人素質不佳

스스키노 메인거리에서 살짝 벗어나있어서 밤에 조용함. 직원들이 친절하고, 한국어가 가능한 직원이 있음. 연박을 하면 별도 요청하지 않는 이상 방을 청소하지 않아서 좋음. 대욕탕이 크진 않으나 알차게 구성되어 있고, 드라이기가 다이슨임. 다시 삿포로를 오게된다면 재방문 의사 있음.

이불에 껌이 붙어있었음, 붙은 채로 세탁이 되어서 말라 있었기에 그냥 떼고 계속 씀. 방이 그렇게 넓진 않음. 캐리어를 펴놓고 생활은 힘듦, 다만 침대 아래쪽 공간이 있어서 열어놓은 채로 넣었다 뺐다하면서 씀.

Choices of breakfast are satiafactory

This was my 2nd hotel i yook at Hokkaido. Comparing to the other one, would suggest below to imptove the ovetall services. First is the TV. How can it is not a Smart TV for guests linking his mobile to the TV. Second, I am with my wife that the room size is not able to open two 21" luggages the same time. Third, location is far from Sapporo JR station. Last one, space for breakfast is too small that is crowded of guests closed to each others and between the bench for foods. And why still have to submit paper ticket instead just the room card. Lastly, the reception rejected my wife go into for breqkfast first and have yo wait for me together. How can a family all members be going to have breakfast the same time just wake up??!!!!!! It cannot be said as enjoying breakfast but hurry for complwting the breakfast. In another hotels, is relaxing while having breakfast but not the case at Vessel.
