Todo de 10 impecable la limpieza y el servicio, Nica es muy amable y organizó para nosotros recogida y vuelta al aeropuerto pagado por ella, hemos estado muy a gusto y es un sitio donde se respira paz.

Me gustaría que estuviera un poco mejor señalizado en la calle principal como llegar hasta el sitio.

Beautiful villas!! Nico (the host) was incredibly responsive and helped us with everything. Best accommodation we have had in the Philippines - safe from all bugs, ceiling fans and great air con. Beautiful design. Felt like we were in Bali.

The communal kitchen was great but I wish it was cleaned each day - I understand you rely on other guests tidying up after themselves, but we felt it was dirty throughout our 5 day stay which was a shame. The noise (very loud base techno music) could be heard from the Large Double room each night from a neighbouring property. I suggest staying in the suite rooms to avoid this!

All the staff were very nice! Special mention to Ms Nica for being so accomodating and pleasant.

The controls for the temperature in our shower were not accurate.

The villa was clean and felt safe. The Tuason room was big and spacious.

Wished they would put a sign that says Katmon Villas, so that it would be easier for us to know where to turn.

Secluded, clean, comfortable. Everything you need but a tv which is probably a good thing really.

Nice apartment

We booked the second floor apartment but when we arrived, we realized that people are already staying in our apartment. The guests staying in the apartment that we had booked weeks before told us that the hosts said that we cancelled the booking while the hosts claimed that the cleaning ladies are to blame since they brought the guests to the wrong room. We were extremely disappointed. The next day we could move to the initially booked apartment which was really perfect and got a refund for the first night. Still we would have prefered to stay both night in the apartment.

Quiet place

- No staff in the Hotel. We just see the manager for checking and checkout. - No breakfast. - Far from interest point (General Luna Restaurant and bars). - Very expensive for the Room quality.
