Tous les points vont au charme du logement en soi ainsi qu’à son cadre environnant!
Bonus pour le café et thé à disposition en grande quantité.
La cheminée a vraiment été un plus très apprécié, avec suffisamment de bois pour nos 3 nuits. Ainsi que le lave-vaisselle (possibilité de l’utiliser qu’une fois: 1 seule pastille mise à disposition).
Malheureusement, j’enlève des points pour la propreté. Certains coins (notamment au niveau des toilettes!) étaient poussiéreux et il restait même des poils. A notre arrivée, avaient été laissés les serviettes et draps sales des visiteurs précédents au sol.
C’était à nous de trouver les serviettes et draps propres dans une commode de la chambre. Aucun lit n’avait été fait, pour le prix que l’on paye c’était le minimum! Et il n’y avait en plus pas de drap adapté au lit double…
Il n’y avait pas non plus des produits d’hygiène tels que ceux pour prendre une douche.
Un micro-ondes aurait été apprécié.

Everything apart from the bed situation on arrival
Only the relatively small double bed in the bedroom at the front was made up. This room was very small compared to the back bedroom and one side of the bed was against the wall so no bedside table and difficult to get out overnight. There was also little storage. Had to ask for bedlinen for the preferred back bedroom (two single beds but easy to push together to make a large double) and this was promptly delivered. Seemed strange that only the one bed was made up on arrival.

The location and the view is exceptional. A great place to stay!
Some kitchen items ( small bowls, small plates, beer glasses) could improve the equipment. In the bathroom a shower mat could help and for 4 days there were too few towels in our eyes.

the apartment was simply amazing and I have chosen it among many others. I did want to go there for the house, for the view, for the beautiful architecture, design, style and position in lovely Reine. I couldn't wait to go there and everything was nice. we had many logistics inconveniences during the trip but the house was simply perfect. we spent our evenings and dinners enjoying fantastic memories. we arrived very late during the night and in the house we found coffee, flavor, oil, sugar and soaps for dishes and wash dishes. very comfortable and convenient.
The house is a dream. maybe the lights are too weak and in the evening is a bit too dark. great atmosphere for sure but we all would have loved to have more a bit stronger light into the living room.
and, on the contrary we were not able to switch off the lights outside on the terrace but of course i could have contacted the host and the owner to know how do it. I mean, nothing really serious but we probably could have watched even better the norther lights that were fantastic anyway. the house is wonderful and all the complex is the most well restyled in all Reine.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin, which is built at the style of the traditional Rorbuers of Lofoten, but updated with modern standards. We loved the location, the set up of the cabin and the main living area, which was really enjoyable. For us, a family of 4, it was perfect to be able to enjoy Lofoten and return every day to rest, have dinner at home and recharge batteries for next day's adventures. Price may be a little bit high, but we found it worth, in particular in view of the standards in Norway. In addition, having your own apartment allows you to reduce cost in eating out. We would completely recommend it for families. Another highlight was the proximity with the main supermarket of Reine. This made the vacation easy to organize and plan.
A few things to improve, but nothing that would ruin the experience. Some thoughts, that we would recommend owners to consider. (1) For a family of 4, maybe we would have appreciated a 2nd bathroom. The 2nd floor of the house is reserved. Somehow we got the feeling that maybe there was a 2nd bathroom in the cabin. (We didn't check, since there were signs indicating this area was off-limits). If this is the case we would recommend to make available for guests. (2) The cabin has a separate room for laundry. We were a little bit surprised that there was not a dryer machine for clothes. This would be very important for an area like Lofoten in which it rains so much. It would spare guest from drying clothes in the living room, which is not great. As mentioned, not major issues, but considering the price we would recommend doing the investment to add this feature.

The view was also beautiful. We enjoyed our stay, although it was raining all days.
It was a pity we had to leave after 3 nights.
The iron doorstops outside on the ground were dangerous. we have been hurt by it regularly.

Fast support from owners if needed. Spotless clean and cosy place. Nice terrace. Nearby construction work didn’t bother at all.
