We stayed for 6 weeks over the Christmas/New Year holiday and it was comfortable and SO enjoyable. Fully stocked kitchen, Netflix, cozy fireplace and living room for hanging out and relaxing, a loft with desk setup for my daughter who had to work every day, great view of the canal and STEPS from the beach where we took in gorgeous sunsets every afternoon. Garage space for one car and bikes included. Could not ask for a better location. It was a great fit for four adults- very clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Highly recommend- our kids love in Venice so we will absolutely be back! Aaron was a pleasure to deal with- very responsive and attentive to detail. Highly recommend if you want a super smooth trip!

This was a great place to stay. The house is lovely and open and bright. Beach is just a short walk and viewable from the balcony and Loft areas. House was very clean and nicely updated. There was no air conditioning , but it wasn't needed. The only downside for our trip was noise from construction, but that's because we were late risers, and hopefully, construction work will be completed shortly and won't be an issue going forward. Overall, my family loved the experience and would definitely stay again.
