Ummmm, the lady was nice enough I guess and the dining area was decent. She let us check into a dirty room early.

Bedbugs in one of the beds. Those thick blankets they love in Patagonia that probably never get washed. If you fall down the stairs you might die. Hairs everywhere.

Really nice room and the host was lovely. Felt more like arriving at a relatives house than a B&B. Colectivos run from one block away right back into the centre.

The host was very lovely and nice.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room in particular. Black mold on the ceiling, splatters on the walls and stains on the bed sheets. Felt very uncomfortable with the cleanliness. Surprised at the rating of this property.

The price was great, and the room was quite spacious. The bathroom came with many toiletries, and overall the place was very clean. There is a common area with two couches and many tables for breakfast.

The location is some 10-15 minutes away driving from downtown Puerto Montt, but transportation through Uber is readily available.

Location on a quiet side street.

Bathroom on a different floor which appeared to be shared by the family living there. This meant going down stairs, with no railings, multiple times since it was often occupied. One bathroom for many people. Dirty bathroom with mold. Junky room in a cheaply built tract house. You are renting a spare room in someone's house, which is less comfortable than a hostel which is designed to accommodate guests. Not a real breakfast. Barking dog. Light hanging from a ceiling wire instead of from a normal fixture.
