Excellent value for money, comfortable beds and the staff really were very helpful. Food and drink options there are also very good value for money.

Bed was comfortable, location was good.

To me this place appeared pretty run down and with no attention from the staff. Staff was not unfriendly but there was no explanation to anything other than showing me my bed. Room was dark, with two doors, one to the street that couldn't even lock. Facilities very basic and outdated. Breakfast was good but for what it was 16,000 COP is pricy. Pool and green area not well-kept and not inviting.

it very pleasant to enjoy the pool during the day. fan in the rooms. the dogs are nice. the cleaning lady was nice.

the front desk people weren’t friendly. they made us feel uncomfortable. no informations were given at the front at arrival. 1. it says on booking that there is a restaurant when it not accurate. i told the person I think is the manager and he said there no way it’s written on Booking.com that they have a restaurant. so I had to go back to the app and show him, then he would apologizing and say there’s none. Then I showed him the pictures of food and he said is from 8ham to 9am and at 6pm. so there’s a restaurant for only two hours. also I never seen anyone eat there for the past 5 days of stay. 2. there’s goats in the hostel on the road to the pool. I think they should say it on Booking.com. in case people are not comfortable with that. 3. on the app it says the check out is at 10:30-11. but in the hostel they say 10. I think it’s quite an early check out and they should revise what they write on Booking.com. 4. we found cockroaches in our private room during the night. it was hard to sleep after that. we chose not to wake up the front desk person at that moment. when we checked out we told the guy at the front and he just laugh at us. very unpleasant and unprofessional. when I told him that’s his answer he kept smiling until we left. i would say the bad reviews are accurate.

Very social place, friendly staff, quiet at night. Complimentary coffee in the morning, which feels like a treat.

It’s worth it. The price is amazing and the place is great! We took some mangoes to eat. Staff is friendly and helped us with some doubts we had.

Dirty sheets on the top bunk beds, wifi did not work in the dorm, door of one of the bathrooms could not be locked, there are spare keys for the personal lockers in the at times unattended reception! Unmotivated staff during the day (the guy at night shift was cool). Neither personal light nor shelf in the dorm beds, which could be expected for the price! The dorm for 6 people is actually a 11 bed dorm, since it is a connecting room

The best part of this hostel was the location and that it was clean.

You definitely got what you paid for, and less. The wifi doesn't work if you aren't close to the main desk, there is only one bathroom for all of the guests, you can't use the kitchen and the pool, although it says open 24/7, is only open until 7pm. The staff member who greeted us was not very friendly, didn't give us any information about the hostel and I had to ask for a key to our room. He seemed more interested in being on his phone than helping guests. The other two staff members were kind and helpful.

Dorm is real close to the street so can be a bit noisy. Wifi only works near reception. Its a little bit of a walk to the main plaza but not bad at all.

Good price, nice localization, nice area to sit in the hotel, outside are some tables with benches, but also inside are hammocks.

There are some things that does not match the description on booking. We got the economy room which was supposed to have 12m2, instead it has about 6m2 and it wasn't possible to change to a bigger room. In the description was a tumble dryer disponible, which we wanted to use, because we get there after heavy rain, but we heard it's only accesible for authorized personal. The let us hanged the things in other area instead. There is no coffee/tea maker in the rooms, as it was offered in the description. Also, there are signs in the hostel that the kitchen area is only for use of the stuff, but we asked if we could boil the water and there was no problem. It's a good hostel, but the booking description doesn't match.

The staff were generally friendly, and the hostel is close to the center of town.

They have a policy where they turn off the electricity in the bathroom in the morning, which means you can't take a hot shower then. The room was quite basic and lacked a window.

Fantastic for a shoestring budget. Clean. Quiet. Close to the main square. Within walking distance of the "terminalito". They were installing a new pool while we were there, looks like it will be great.

The staff was super nice with me! They helped me with all my questions. They also proposed several activities at the reception.

No wifi in the room downstairs but not a big deal (and the wifi at the reception was super nice)!

Nice common area, clean bathrooms, good price.

The place was quite empty and seemed abandoned, staff wasn't really attentive. The pool is much smaller than it looks like on the photos. The room was super tiny, not even a space for our backpacks. There was one wooden shutter facing the courtyard so it was or dark or loud in the room :)
