Amazing location, balcony. We had everything what we needed for couple days staying in Jerusalem.

Cannot find anything which was bad. We were four, there is a 2 hours limit of water heater use per day but it didn’t bother us. I think it is plenty of time for group of 4 for 2 showers per day.

location and overall place was nice

the customer service was poor - we didn’t have enough toilet paper, the room wasn’t set up according to booking and stay in general. if anything was needed like toilet paper after 6pm you had to wait until 11am the next morning. service was very poor. additionally they did not give proper parking information and we ended up with parking tickets

the property is very clean and accurate. The team is very responsive and organised.

unfortunately I forgot t-shirt at the house and the cleaning team throw it and the team didn’t ask if I wanted any refund.

Check in is after 4PM and check out is till 11. Not very customer friendly.

The location is fantastic - walking distance to the Old City, and the new city - shopping, attractions, historic sites, public transport - the works! We will definitely be back, as I can't imagine a better place to stay in Jerusalem.

Zero - we loved the place.

We really liked our stay. The appartement was clean and big, the communication with the host went well. There are 2 balcony's and the shower is really good. There are also 2 toilets. It was near the old city, 10 minutes walk. The bus stops in front of the house. We would recommend it.

Maybe more equipment in the kitchen (plates, glasses etc).

Well located appartment in walking distance to old city

The apartment was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a 20 minute walk to the old city, there was a supermarket around the corner. The neighborhood felt safe, the American embassy is close by.

Sofa was very uncomfortable. There could have been more dishes and utensils for cooking. Somethings were already broken which made me worry if they would hold back my deposit.

Immediate response after reporting damage of kettle. Replacement broken thing. Great location. Clear directions before arrival. Good value for money. Quiet. Useful app.

we had repeated power failures at the apartment. this was very inconvenient, we ended up showering in cold water in a cold flat with 10 degrees outside. not what you expect for this price!

hallway lights were out over the Sabbath which created a very dangerous situation as we could literally not see anything going up and down the stairs. also dryer wasn’t working and Apple TV had issues.

Spacious and modern apartment, with a balcony that is perfect for a confortable stay in Jerusalem. Very well equipped, with washing machine and dryer. Has confortable beds and good location.

Was not cleaned well enough. Kitchen is equipped top minimalistic to cook.

Do not expect customer service. On Friday emailed the service that we did not have enough towels, no response, on Saturday I repeated the request for more towels and I noted that we are running out of toilet paper and no tissues at all were provided, the response I got after I checked out was rude and belittling as if my complaints are petty, sorry we are paying money for service the booking ad running on google implies 24/7 service and a desk this is false, in fact the host emailed me back that they had no one around to help me since its the weekend,

The location was great for walking to center and many busses were available right outside the door. Apartment was clean and nicely stocked. Comfy chairs on the balcony.

There was supposed to be a shabbos elevator, but no one set it up. Also, there are codes but the door was never locked so the code was not needed.
