The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen well stocked Bathroom clean.
Didn’t realize that we would have 14 steps to second floor. Being 73 and 74 with bad knees and back was a hard struggle. There were a few unpainted patched places on walls. There was mildew in the shower. We were afraid to shower as I slipped and got out. It took me a couple of days to get over being upset about everything. I have never ever written a bad review before in my life!

Great location and definitely a value. Great price for the room, it met all my needs for what it was and the price point.
I’m very picky when it comes to my solo trips, I am not that picky when I take my toddlers places. This met my standards for me and my kids.

The place overall was very nice. It was small but had everything we needed. The Tub was very deep which was nice for relaxing.

The shower was great pressure and easy to use.
Lock Box near IMPOSSIBLE to open, waited 2.5 hours to be let in. It was dark. Countertops were sticky as was silverware. I requested flowers for our anniversary. They were not there. The kitchen sink faucets and toilet handles were backward. Coffee pot, but not provided any coffee. No guide for TV operation. One side of the building had no numbers above the room doors. We had to search for our room by knocking on doors. Car space on a different side of the building. I requested compensation for the first night and no one will speak with me about it. This review would be better if they had spoken to me. I called the provided number for this complaint but was only told that "Someone will reach out to you" but this never happened after waiting a week. I will not be staying at ANY Vacasa property in the future.

The way Sean handeled the cleanliness issue. There is little positive I can say, very upset with the experience.
The pictures and description do not match the cabana. There is no dock, or deck, or patio as described in pictures. The accomodation was grossly misrepresented. I emailed and called to talk to a manager and NEVER received a call back or email.
The space was not cleaned properly but that issue was addressed by Sean the housekeeping manager.
