Staff was friendly. On request they arranged a cake to celebrate my wife's birthday.

Large Room, Friendly Staff, nice sauna. They were very flexible with me for check out. Breakfast was very good.

Wifi only worked in a portion of my room, I think because My room was on the end of the building.

The property was met my expectations, king size bed and room size is quite big. Room and bathroom was clean. Evening I found time for SPA and especially turkish bath was great after busy day. By taxi you can reach city center only for 3-4 manat. Recommended :)

Nothing as such that i liked about this place

This place first of all is very old i think. It was clean enough to pass a night but they need to change the beds and get better blankets for sure. The staff was ok but they literally called me in middle of the night and offered me to send some girls over to my room 😂 the breakfast is horrible if your vegetarian there’s hardly anything and no live counters. For the price they charge there are wayyyyy to many good options in baku

everything seriously was so perfect and especially the room was wild the bathroom was so modern and clean,I loved the location of the hotel which is so close to the city center

First of all, thank you so much for the warm and professional welcome, and fast and clear check-in. you made us feel at home, the room is so nice, lovely design, very useful facilities inside the room, the hotel looks like a villa with a lot of art and is well designed, it is charming, some corners are so beautiful; to take nice photos. spa, sauna steam room, ice bucket room Turkish hamam, and the cozy lovely pool, are just amazing.

All is perfect, really nothing bad happens or any things negative about this place, it's a lovely place to visit if you are in Baku.

it is really good and clean hotel i enjoyed staying in this hotel, i give him 10/10 😊 however, the reception is wonderful people, were helpful and smiling....

Room was good. But it looks things are getting old, like bedsheet, carpet etc.

@0300 AM of night someone knock at my room's door. I went outside but no-one was there. later one my neighboring room persons started loud and celebrating. Room walls are so thing that it looks they are talking in your ears. It created difficulties in sleeping.

İt was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our holiday. The location was central and it was incredibly cheap and easy to get a Bolt to anywhere in the city. Our (standard) room was large, well appointed and immaculately clean. Spacious shower room with plenty of amenities. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and pilllows were of a good quality. Lots of charging points around the room, strong wifi and an in-room fridge and kettle. Housekeeping were very proactive in cleaning and restocking free water. Breakfast was excellent (easily the best hotel breakfast we had during our trip). Egg station, selection of warm dishes, fresh cheese and meats, fruits, breads, juice. It had it all. The breakfast area itself was nicely decorated and it was generally just a really pleasant experience. We used the pool/sauna/steam area which very big, clean and relaxing. Towels provided. The staff (who all spoke English) were unfailingly friendly and engaging and went our of their way to help us.

Stayed there for one night. Firstly, I'd like to thank the staff, there were extremely hospitable and nice, they even served a breakfast for me at 5 AM which was exceptional! Secondly, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable for the price. I would surely recommend this place
