Very pleasant staff on the front desk and a warm welcome. Comfortable bed (not too firm). Great location.

The open bathroom concept is terrible. I guess it enables more rooms to be squeezed in, but I will be more alert to this feature in future hotel booking. It certainly doesn't fit with a 4 star hotel. 2 star maybe.

It was a convenient location and the interior was well done.

The suite is slightly inconvenient for our family of three with a toddler as my preference is for the baby to be in a different room, the sliding doors that separate the living room and the bedroom are not solid doors but luckily our toddler was very tired so he was able to fall asleep despite mom and dad are packing in the other “room”. Also I would love to have used the pool but it’s only open from 11am to 7pm. Was hoping to spend some time with dad at night there when baby is asleep.

Great location for walking the old historical area of Madrid. Amazing how well soundproofed the rooms were from the plaza and city. The breakfast, which we included in our stay, was absolutely superb! The rooftop pool was extremely lovely, wish it stayed open a bit later in the evenings. Lovely amenities in the room and toiletries as well. Would loved to have used the coffee and teas provided in the room but there was no real place to utilize them with the bedside area tabletops not providing sufficient surface for that and our things as well. The shower was outstanding with great water pressure and excellent fixtures.

The room itself was tight, with minimal bedside landing areas. The hallway was utilized as luggage racks rather than having the option to curl up there with a book or such on the couchlike furniture piece there. It seemed very odd that there was no lighting over the bathroom sink and mirror area.

Location was good

The room was not clean and looked tired Not good value for money
