We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Villa Santana in Lanzarote! The cleanliness of the place was remarkable, and its prime location was a real treat. With all the amenities provided, including the well-maintained pool, welcome basket and convenient BBQ, every aspect contributed to a wonderful experience. The villa's proximity to the beach, just a 5-minute walk away, and the outstanding nearby restaurants added to our fantastic stay. The fact that it's a short 30-minute walk to both the upscale marina and the water park in the opposite direction made it an ideal hub for exploration. The water park might not be the biggest, but it was perfect for our kids aged 6 to 12 who could enjoy it safely. The Villa manager's responsiveness and local tips, like waiting for a airport taxi instead of pre booking, were invaluable and saved us money. Overall, a memorable stay that has already got us planning our return trip. Highly recommend this villa!

Nothing, very nice Villa.

The villa was in a nice quiet area close to the beach, promenade and shops. The villa had everything you could need for a great stay, lots of shade with covered terraces and umbrellas. There was a lovely welcome basket when we arrived, a selection of books and games, the wifi was good. The barbeque was a great size and the outdoor dining area was really nice especially in the evening. It was great to have a separate area for washing and drying clothes especially with kids.

Although it says that there is air-conditioning it is only in the main bedroom, so the rest of the rooms are only cooled by fans and it got very hot. One of the bedrooms is completely separate from the rest of the villa, so you need to watch this if there was a family of 6, two of them would be entirely separate from the rest of the family.

No sky tv and any channels in English hard to access

Adar was so accommodating with our late arrival. Everything was ready for us on arrival including a lovely welcome basket to have us set up for our 1st morning.

There was nothing about the accommodation that we could complain about. the Pools was heated for our 1st morning and continued in this manner for the remainder of our stay. the location of the villa was ideal for walking to the beach by day if we wanted a break from the pool, or for the evening to head in for dinner.

Excellent location to all the bars and restaurants, excellent layout of the villa with a lovely heated swimming pool, the villa is very private quiet and not over looked and a great family villa.

Outside seating furniture is a bit tired but it's still comfortable to sit down and relax on a nice sunny day.

The beds in the twin room are ok but could be more comfortable There was only A/C in one room and the others had a fan on the floor. It might be better to install AC in the entire house The street lights did not work, making it very dark on the stroll home. The host may need to raise this the local council

Peace and quiet, very private. Excellent outdoor area. Very good location close to everything. Lovely welcome hamper. We was able to get in early in to the villa. Communication with manager was excellent.

Very uncomfortable sofa. Could be updated smart TV there to able to watch Netflix and Disney or prime.

Quiet location - peaceful- not very far from centre of Playa Blanca

A very quiet, residential area yet very close to all amenities. Large outside area with nice pool. Well furnished villa with air conditioning in main bedroom. Kichen very well equipped and a generous welcome basket. Excellent communication with villa manager who was very accommodating. We shall return next year.

The villa was AMAZING, the hosts were exceptional, our fridge broke one of the days and within 2 hours a brand new one was delivered to the villa. The place was perfect and so clean. The rooms were spacious and the pool was amazing. Would return tomorrow if we could, thank you thank you

This is a fantastic villa lovely heated pool from day one, very comfortable beds with plenty of room for your clothes, well fitted kitchen home from home with a fantastic welcome pack. Lovely BBQ area and outside furniture just a great place to stay.

The villa is in the best location. Car not needed as you can walk to everything. The pool is a good size and extremely well heated. There was a welcome pack on arrival which was full of everything you need including sparkling wine, this was a real surprise and we didn’t have to go shopping for days. Great fast Wi-Fi and satellite tv channels were welcome. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need to self cater.

The location is brilliant. Just five minutes walk down to the front at Playa Blanca and an excellent couple of supermarkets. Taxis to nearby locations very reasonable and easy to pick up.

The villa was fantastic. Very spacious, the pool was great, everything was clean and tidy and lots of facilities. We enjoyed the BBQ in the evening. We took the bus from the airport and the villa is very close to the bus station. Supermarkets near by too. We've been to Lanzarote several times, this villa was by far the best. Will look forward to staying in the future. The welcome basket and the text to say the villa was available a bit early was really appreciated.

The villa was superb and the location was great, so close to all the amenities! We had a few issues with the WiFi & air conditioning initially, but the customer service was exceptional (10/10) and the maintenance guy / trade experts came immediately to sort all the issues. The villa manager, maintenance guy and cleaner were all so friendly and helpful!

We were so delighted with the villa. Our host left a huge basket of goodies and prosecco for us which was a lovely surprise! The beds are like sleeping on a cloud.. so comfy!! the host even left 2 extea folding beds for us. The pool and deck area were breath taking. The pictures dont do it justice. We were a 3 minute walk from the main boardwalk with all the restaurants in playa blanca, yet it was such a quiet area, like we had our own peaceful oasis. We would absolutely return and recommend this villa to our friends and family.

Very friendly and helpfull Manager and housekeeping. Photos and description show very well what you get. AC in the master bedroom. Other rooms are equipt with fans. Two bedrooms in the main building, one seperate opposite at the Pool with a queen bed and an extra bathroom. So 4 people can stay in the main building and two in the seperate. The house is very clean and good equipt with everthing we needed (kitchen Equipment, dishwasher, washing maschine). Towels and sheets habe been changed after 7 days. Parking in the street direct in Front of the house which ist located at Cale Calamares area. Would recommend and come back.

No complaints about the villa it was perfect in every way.
