Everything was perfect and liked to stay in the house.

Well, cleaning cost and tourism taxes were not mentioned in the price. So owner asked me to keep the cash in the envelop. I told the owner that this was not mentioned while making the booking so owner was kind not to take that money.

The house is located in a convenient and very quiet place just 13-minute relaxed walk from the main city tram route, 5 minutes walk from the bus stop and 5 minutes from several supermarkets. The nearest beach, Mariakerke-Bad, is in 1 km and it is a pleasant walk there along a quiet block and a park. The area nearby is not as busy as in the city centre, which is only in a 20-minute walk along the beach. The house is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable vacation with a family, we really felt at home because of the availability of kitchen facilities, spacious living room, internet and TV, quiet and comfortable bedrooms and bathroom facilities enough for a big family. The bathroom in the house, which has a roof window, is a special thing to mention. The house is very clean and stylishly furnished, we could find everything we needed to relax after an active day at the seaside. The host, Katrien, is great and welcoming, she is responsive and helpful in many questions, however, you can find all the information you need about the area and the city provided by the host in the house. I would highly recommend families who prefer comfort staying at this property.
