The condo was really nice and as advertised. The pool was steps outside the front door and the ocean steps outside the back slider patio. The beach and dock are great for snorkeling, and fishing. This is our fifth year for our family staying in Islamorada for December and this condo is in a great location. The founders park next-door is a great location for the kids to play as they have many opportunities for activities. The owners communicated very well and answered all of our questions. Executive Bay club is really nice, clean and safe. Staff is really friendly and helpful when needed. Overall another awesome December for our family in the keys.

We stayed at this property from Jan - Apr 2022. This home is an excellent base for exploring the Keys. The condo's location on the property is one of the best at Executive Bay Club. Steps to the beach, the pool, the club house and the tennis courts. It is also ideally situated in the Keys - close to all shopping and several good restaurants as well as half way between Miami airport and Key West. It is also right next door to Founders Park which is a huge bonus for walks, the beach, the entertainment and the visitors information building. This is the 3rd unit we have stayed at on the property and is by far the cleanest and best situated we have stayed in. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with quality items and the third "real" bedroom is an absolute plus. It is also really nice to have an ocean view from the patio. Diana and Jay were perfect hosts. From the welcome note (and bottle of wine) to their friendly attentiveness we felt extremely welcome and comfortable. Contrary to a previous comment, this is NOT a hotel, let alone a 2 star. It is a gated, secured townhouse community. IF it was a hotel it would be rated a 4+ star as the rating has to do with amenities and nothing else. You would think that well travelled superhosts would know this? Besides, what hotel boasts 3 bedrooms and almost 1400 square feet of inviting living space for the price you are paying? For the price you are paying, the beautiful home, the facilities available, the location, the cleanliness and the friendly hosts, you can't get a better place to stay in the Keys. Thanks Diana and Jay for an absolutely wonderful stay. We would return in a heartbeat.

Honestly, as Superhosts (another vacation rental site), we travel a lot and stay in a variety of homes and hotels and this place was on the lower end of our limits for places that we would ever consider again (actually, we wouldnt). Diana did a great job of portraying the property in the best light possible (no blame there) but in reality it is a very old condo complex with a pool in the parking lot. Not well kept, the complex is full of a mishmash of landscaping. Gnomes, yard flamingos, and messy rockery accentuate the mid-seventies architecture that is marred by hurricane shutters half closed, half open on many of the units, including ours. The unit itself was dark due to a number of the shutters having been closed (on the outside - no way for us to change). The oddly decorated rooms remind of my college days when any furniture would do. The bedrooms are upstairs, which is accessed via a very tight, circular staircase. Carrying luggage up or down is an interesting experience and one I would not recommend unless you are athletic. The rooms themselves are suitable, the middle room (two twin beds) however has no outside egress window and the only windows (up high in the vaulted ceiling) were closed with hurricane shutters on the outside. The front bedroom (single king) overlooks the parking lot and has a large window completely closed off with hurricane shutters. The rear bedroom (double bed/maybe queen) is bright and overlooks a rear deck. There is one bathroom on the second floor with a single sink. The toilet handle often malfunctions and leaves the toilet unable to flush. The water pressure in the shower is adequate at best. There seemed to be sufficient hot water. The second bath is downstairs next to the kitchen. It has a tight shower but much better water pressure than upstairs. The rear deck is wide open and furnished with an older patio set. There are no partitions between rear decks of the various neighbors but you do have a glimpse of the ocean. As far as the host is concerned...that is a different story all together. Keep in mind, the front entrance walkway is extremely narrow, maybe three feet wide and leads to a shared stoop with the neighboring condo. The front doors to the two units are literally eight inches apart. Ordinarily not a big deal but when they (neighbor) get covid, let you know and sit in the walkway with no other means of egress to the unit...problem. Host told us to call security on them.
