Easy to book online with short notice.

Was not aware that I had to fetch a key at another place when booking. Very little English so very hard for a foreigner. Internet didn't work and didn't know how to get power to the kitchen so could not use the microwave and the washing machine. Gas stove, lighter did not work.

the apartment wasn’t available, so they gave us a room in the Euro hotel. maybe not that central, but great staff and breakfast!

it’s not that central but all in walking distance.

do not have hot water and heat from last night!

The location was quite well and the staff were very helpful. They helped us very quickly when we understood the door’s key didn’t work properly with sending someone with another key.

I mean it isn’t the best place to stay, it’s located in an ancient apartment, not having enough window to refresh the air inside, and a smell is in the air which is not pleasant but I don’t know how to describe. The sheets are not the most clean one and for the wc the same story.

Location.

Functional at best. A bit dingy at worst. Not value for money. Washing machine does not work properly. Radiators leak.
