Self catering accommodation - very private and quiet with wonderful freedom to walk around the five and a half acre farm - very generous kind hosts - very dog friendly and easy to cleanup because of tiled floors with rugs throughout. The property was originally a large poultry house now converted into two modern and spacious self catering apartments with original beams and fittings retained in the roof. Very impressive.
We wish our stay could have been longer but we will return. There was nothing we did not like although the main train line to Norwich borders the farm and takes you by surprise at first. The trains are frequent and fast and they do not spoil the peace and quiet within and around the farm.

We received free English breakfast as a welcome gift. The place ia so peaceful and surrounded by nature. Absolutely gorgeous. Bed is huge and really comfy. Even in a heatwave,it felt cooler. Very relaxing. Kitchen had all we needed. It's a great spot for exploring Norfolk. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful property with everything you could possibly need for a break. Fantastic surrounded by nature and peace. The breakfast provided was delicious especially the free range eggs. The hosts were great and gave us a lovely welcome.
There was nothing to not like. Just perfect.

Nice breakfast provided. Locally sauced eggs, bacon and sausages from butchers. Loved the decor and the bed was comfortable.
