Being sent a list of rules and requests. (Can you put someone's washing in the dryer on arrival?, don't turn the heater up too much, take your own rubbish away, can you leave early? ) The reason you pay to stay somewhere away from home is to relax, that includes a comfortable temperature in the house, the cleaning is done by someone else hence the €49 cleaning fee. And you don't have to get up and leave early. Listed for 4 people then you get a message that if its 4 adults the bed is not big enough. Uncomfortable beds.

This place is something very special! A cute small house, very lovely decorated. Located in the woods and surrounded by birds on a site for permanent mobile homes. Quiet environment. Everything is very clean and you find everything you need. Communication was very easy - thank you!

Good communication from owner. Lovely quiet location (in winter). Beautiful area. Property had good heating, including a log fire - very cosy!

Bicycles were in very poor condition and not really usable.

This cosy forest house is located in the best peaceful location. Everything inside and outside the house is pictured in details. It was amazing to feel the connection with birds and squirell who live on the same territory, in the monings you can almost share the breakfast with them and enjoy beautiful birds talks. We've been there on low season, it was very quite around, we could hear only the nature. Despite rainy and gloomy weather the atmosphere was very cosy and neat, thanks to the fireplace in the house. The owner of the house Pieter is very friendly and thoughtfull about the guest, great instructions about everything. Thanks Pieter, we enjoyed our stay very much! Kind regards, Oksana and family
