clean and easy access. parking was no issue.
you can easily lock your self out if you forget to keep keys with you. My wife was just hanging cloths out side and main door shut behinds her. Next day I was helping her and happens to us but luckily o had keys in my hand.
A good door stopper needed to resolve the issue.

The size and location of the property was great. The beds were very comfortable.

Great location close to beach, restaurants and shops. Good size townhouse for a group.
Couldn't use the outdoor terrace space as furniture provided was broken and sad. Shame as it's a great space and would be lovely for a group to sit outside for meals.

Some places not as clean (bedroom night tablea dusted e.g.), bathroom water stucks, water heating finished (if you use gas, leave extra not to get your holiday cold shower), no response from owners for water stuck and water leakage at all (?), terrace not welcoming

Location,
Two seperate water leaks & delays in fixing, no hot water for 24hrs as gas bottle had run out (in first few days) photographs not current, freezer dirty on arrival, sheets and towels old and marked, no spare linen that fit, patio furniture not complete, patio privacy screening not there, extractor hood not working, many electrical sockets loose & unusable, mirror light not working, dining chair cushions badly marked. The agent NOMA HOLIDAYS said the owner knew the leaks had been reoccurring and took full responsibility. They suggested compensation. After days of asking they are now offering 2 free nights, out of 28. Is this fair? We don't think so.
The patio furniture, the old photographs and non working extractor hood had all been reported by previous clients on booking.com.

Excellent communication and help form start to finish. We were caught in the COVID-19 lockdown. Maria was very sympathetic, helpful and accommodating in a very stressful time - thank you very much & we will return :)

Very near the center of El Médano - walkable distance. Beach in front. Very modern apartment. Excellent big sofa. Clean. Tidy. Minimalistic - no need for anything else. All very well organised via whatsapp with the owners/agency. Always helpful.
Empty fridge upon arrival - not even water bottle. You cannot drink water from the tap. Arrived very late, therefore we had to drive our visitors to nearest petrol station to get some water. No WiFi instructions. WiFi code is on the router - very long code. Could do with changing this to make it easier for the clients.
