Adorable Peaceful Mashpee!
This property is everything and some. Elena is communicative and kind. Im a Yai Yai and I took my Family on a mini vacation. The home is very nicely decorated and spacious. The bedrooms were so cozy and all super clean. We found everything so close, and convenient. But, the home was so peaceful and enjoyable sitting on the deck. So quiet, I loved it. We used the grill, kitchen, and everything thing is provided to make special meals. We also liked how close amazing restaurants were as well. My Son, and Daughter-in-law, and Grandchild loved the beach. Many beaches close by. The central air was so good too. I also took my sister who is in a wheelchair and the ramp exceeded the accessibility for her. Beautifully landscaped and Elena even left a beautiful bouquet for us. We will be back for sure! Thank you Elena!

Great, clean, well-maintained home and property.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and up to date. TV was a challenge to understand / operate, and had a brief issue with the smart thermostat / temperature control, but other than that, wonderful home and experience.

Convenient Cape Cod Getaway
This 3br modernized house was a pleasant and convenient launching point for all of our Cape activities including P-town, MV, Wellfleet and numerous beaches.

Love the place
Love love this place, everything looks new and updated. Very quiet location and near nice beaches and fun places. I will definitely rent this place again and recommend to families. Elena the owner was very helpful and very fast to get back to us for any question. Love this peaceful clean and nice place in an amazing location.

Our family recently stayed at this property and had a great stay. The property is very close to the beach and Mashpee Commons, which has many stores and restaurants. The property is also within about 30 minutes of multiple bike trails which we enjoyed during our stay. The property was very well maintained and clean. The property owner was very responsive to messages and gave great suggestions for things to do during the visit. When we booked the property we overlooked that the property had a tenant, however we observed that the separation of the 2 units was not an issue as mentioned in a previous review. Our family enjoyed ourselves so much that we would revisit in the future and would recommend it to friends.

Not a safe property. I stayed here with my family. Very misleading description. The listing starts out by saying it's "private", which it is not because there are tenants living in the basement, which is not clearly stated in the listing but it is buried at the end of the filler description. When we arrived, we opened one of the doors in the living room, not knowing where it led, only to find out that it led to the basement apartment and was the only thing separating the complete strangers living downstairs, which were in view when the door was opened. The door was not locked and had a broken handle. We were not given any warning that the two units were not safely separated or that there was not a sufficient lock separating the two units and after we opened the door to see where it led, we received a call from the owner who berated us for simply opening a door which was located in the living room of the place we rented. When I informed the owner of the safety issue, she refused to acknowledge the safety issue and said that my concern was not valid. The owner is completely unprofessional and even insulted me over text simply for being from New York, for no reason, which is discrimination and I have proof of it. Not to mention that the tenants downstairs made excessive noise until 3 am at times, even though we were told that we had to be quiet after 10 pm, which we were. This listing is not safe. Also, the 5-star reviews appear to be suspicious, especially the one written by "Elena" which is the name of the owner.

NOT A SAFE PROPERTY. Very disappointing and misleading

Incredibly relaxing stay at this property. Very quite, leafy location, just a short drive from beaches, restaurants and shops. Elena could not have been more responsive.

My family and I really enjoyed this property. The pictures on the website don't do justice to this house. The place is beautiful, clean, and very modern. Everything we needed was within reach. We would definitely recommend this property.
