We had a really great time and nice stay in this lovely home. Anne and Roberto were great and easy to communicate with. We were able to celebrate a birthday and relax by the pool. This is house is a must for a nice stay while in Florida.

My family and I booked this home for my birthday. Everything is exactly as described but BETTER in person. My favorite part was the private backyard and the wall of sliding glass doors that give the most amazing view of the pool. There was plenty of green space for kids’ play, yoga, fire pit relaxation and bird watching. We saw all kinds of birds pop through! The home itself is entertaining. There is a baby grand piano, an assortment of other amazing instruments and guitars. There is beautiful art EVERYWHERE and plenty of board games for adults and children. The home has a modern industrial feel as well. We felt extremely comfortable and safe staying there. I would definitely book again! Anne and Roberto are very hospitable and knowledgeable of the great places to visit, outside of the everyday tourist locations. If this place is available for your trip you should BOOK IT NOW!

It was okay for most of all, but it just didn’t look how it looked online. The house also got super hot a lot because the type of AC boxes they had. The fridge was kind of small looked like a soda fridge in a convenient store. And I think they lived in back of the house which was weird but it was a 3 out of 10.

Anne and Roberto were fantastic hosts from the beginning - clear and timely communication, easy check in and the property was exactly as it was listed on VRBO. The house was very nice, very clean and they even provided us with pool/beach towels. The outdoor space and (heated!) pool was a great place for our group to hang out all weekend. Highly recommended and will look to stay here again when returning to Miami!

Very modern cool house

I stayed here with some friends to celebrate my birthday. We had such a great time at the house. Everything was clean and the house looked exactly like the pictures. The hostess was very responsive and nice.

An already great, clean, airy, cozy place that I love to return to continues to get even better, including with new plantings on its oasis-like property. If you are looking for a wonderful home (inside and out) for a relaxing stay, this is a terrific find.

I love staying here. Came back again. And it' ended up getting better -- now there's a projection screen to watch movies from the pool. Family and dog friendly. Great backyard. Wonderful pool. Big open spaces, indoor and out. Particularly enjoy the open floor plan of living room, with piano and terrific kitchen. Clean, comfortable place. Responsive hosts. Love this place.

Awesome place. Clean, spacious, terrific, inside and out. House is equipped with enviable, well-equipped, open kitchen area. Impossible not to feel uplifted by the musical instruments on display, the piano, the books, the great art. Comfortable beds await. Outside, a great pool, nice dining area, grill -- and more open grass than you can possibly imagine for a Miami home. Hosts are responsive, respectful, gracious people. We had a wonderful, wonderful time staying here.

Don’t! We drove 11h to this property. The pics are deceiving. It is an old, tired, dirty dump. Upon arrival, we saw the floors were not clean and found a dead cockroach. Took a picture of it and sent it to Anne. The AC in the Master was not cooling. We txted Anne again; Roberto, the other owner, showed up and first thing he said was “what’s the problem” not hello, not welcome, anything. It only took him minutes to come over because while the house is renting, they live in a smaller “house/garage” right behind the pool, only a few yards away. They are basically there, looking out their window, able to see EVERYTHING you do in your vacation. Back to Roberto. He said it’s one of the hottest days and the AC will cool better later. The AC in the rest of the house was working just fine, but apparently the Master was hotter than sun and the AC could not keep up. We mentioned they did not say anything on the Listing that they will there every day while we are renting. Not only they live behind the pool, but plan to come on the property to “water” the plants. While we are talking, I show him all the flies and another dead cockroach by the windows. Instead of addressing our cleanliness concerns or the AC, he stops me from talking and asks me to say “something nice about his property” like me asking for a clean rental with working AC was hurting his feelings/pride. I was unable to find something nice. It’s a dump. It was breaking my heart to spend thousands for this rental. Roberto then said if we don’t like it we can leave and he can return the money. Where can I go, in the middle of a pandemic, at the last minute, with a kid and a dog? We asked for Anne to come, but she also did not care to fix the cleaning issue and told us to leave because they can’t satisfy us, even after my husband swiped the floor w a paper towel and showed her brown dirt and hair. While we are talking she was condescending, saying things like “I’m sure you worked Harder than anyone else for this vacation”. BTW, we have pictures /video of everything in the house I’m mentioning here for proof.... dirty papery towels, flooring not all the way to the walls, the grill beyond rusty, a large glass top Leaning against the house, rusty junk the yard, a sharp metal stick sticking from the ground a ft, makeshift concrete outdoor furniture, smoke/Carbon detector sitting on a shelve ¬ installed, the windows not hurricane proof even though they “remo” in 2017, how did they pass inspections?

Upon arrival we were a little nervous not knowing what to expect. Driving to the property made us uneasy. But once we got to the house we were more at ease. The house was the perfect size for us. It was clean and we didn't have any major jssues. The washer and dryer would be our only real complaint. We believe it was the washer not working properly to spin out the excess water. Therefore the dryer took several cycles to dry out load. Kitchen was clean. Bedding wasn't there when we arrived. However that was immediately given to us that evening. The pool wasn't heated which limited our time spent enjoying the outdoors. But that also gave us time to explore more of Miami. All in all we would definitely rent this property again if we are ever in the area.

We love coming here! Outdoor BBQ kitchen has been added since last time. Having steaks was quite nice. Clean, good to communicate with, pictures probably dont do it justice. Having privacy like this in the middle of the city is so relaxing with 3 kids. Helps us parents relax. Details from beach towels to a complimentary bottle of wine is the reason this place is always an easy decision.

Super accueil ! Super maison ! Super piscine ! Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans la maison d'Anne et David. La maison est plus grande que sur les photos ! Tout était parfait. La piscine (non protégée) a ravi le enfants. Les chambres (3) sont grandes, les lits tres bons, et l'espace cuisine salon est très grands ! La maison est un peu éloignée des zones touristiques. Parfait pour un vrai plongeon dans la culture locale ! Nous recommandons !

Anne was great to work with. The house is spacious with lots of windows to let in the Florida sunshine. We found the rooms to be very comfortable and clean. The outdoor area is large with plenty of furniture to sit around and relax. When back in Miami, we would definitely use this property again.

House was very clean and even had a cool pool

Anne and David have an amazing property. Easy to check in and check out. If you just want to relax they a tv in the living room with Netflix and Hulu. I would recommend this place to my buddy’s.

We had all what we need. We spent some lovely days in Miami, last days with our friends.

This place was perfect for our brief trip to Miami in December. We couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool but I’m pretty sure this is a plus in warm days. Comfortable stay!

Everything was just as pictured. Highly recommend. House was lovely - clean bright and spacious. Pool and deck were perfect. Communication with owners was easy and helpful. If we are back in Miami we would stay again!

Spacious property with everything that could be required. Very friendly and helpful owners; we had the good fortune to meet and see Roberto play guitar at our restaurant on our first evening.

Very nice overall. One disappointment - Faucet for guest shower difficult to operate.

Anne and Robert were very responsive, easy to work with, and great hosts. They let us check in a little earlier because there were not any guests prior. The property was open, clean, and modern. We enjoyed our stay and couldn’t be any happier. Thanks again!

The property was nice, the owners very helpful and accommodating, we wanted to check in early and they had no problem at all. Location was easy to find and lots of stores accessible around, the pool was nice although we didn't get to use it as it was chilly during our stay. The only issue was that the floor wasn't as clean as I would like I'm not sure if it is a Canadian thing but we don't wear shoes inside the house. Overall it was a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay.

The photos don’t do this place any justice in my opinion, because when we got there we were amazed and the aesthetics of the house. Anne and Roberto were very accommodating and helpful during our stay. Definitely plan on coming back!

A group of friends and I visited Miami this past weekend to celebrate the engagement of a buddy from college. We wanted a place that was priced affordably, reasonably within driving distance of the city, and had enough room for us to live comfortably. Anne's place was perfect! The house is a beautiful ranch-style home with an open layout. Loved the open kitchen and pool area. The bedrooms are big and spacious. The place is as advertised and then some! Would definitely stay here again.

The interior decoration is fantastic. Lots of open space. Wifi is fast. Beach towels provided. Very friendly and original welcome. Nice garden and swimming pool.

Convenient, CLEAN and easy to get to. Would suggest for 3BR place around Miami. Property owners are very accommodating.
