Modern villa with a large garden, a heated pool, and located near the ocean
Das renovierte Landhaus steht am Stadtrand von Catral auf einem schönen und ruhig gelegenen Grundstück. Supermarkt, Bars und Restaurants sind rund einen Kilometer entfernt. Im Dorf selbst finden Sie alles, was Sie brauchen: Boutiquen, Elektrowaren und Gaststätten, vom Italiener und Argentinier über den Inder und Chinesen bis zum typischen Spanier.
Einen der schönsten Sandstrände der Costa Blanca erreichen Sie im Touristenstädtchen Guardamar del Segura mit dem Wagen in rund 15 Minuten.
Die moderne Finca ist mit 170 m² Wohnfläche geräumig: Sie bietet 4 Schlafzimmer,
3 Bäder (eines im Pool-Bereich) und ist mit einer offenen Küche plus Wohnzimmer und einer verglasten Veranda komfortabel konzipiert. Der Pool misst rund 5 m x 10 m.
Haustiere sind erlaubt.
Alle Schlafzimmer sind vollklimatisiert; drei davon haben einen Wandschrank und sind mit Doppelbetten möbliert. Im Kinderzimmer finden Sie zwei Einzelbetten. Diese sind auch erwachsenentauglich. Ein grosser Deckenventilator in jedem Zimmer sorgt für ein angenehmes Klima, falls Sie auf die Klimaanlage verzichten wollen. Jedes Zimmer lässt sich individuell kühlen oder heizen.

The finca was very pretty the swimming pool was properly heated for maximum enjoyment as was the hot tub. Beds are very large and comfortable we all felt very welcome like a home away from home.

What a fabulous villa. We were overjoyed to find a beautifully clean villa that had everything in it to make our stay wonderful. The villa was very spacious and the bedrooms were great. The children loved the heated pool that made it possible to use everyday and definitely made a difference. The hot tub was also very big and super clean. The gardens are amazing too and we enjoyed the evening light show!!.The hosts were very friendly and explained everything thing we needed to know prior to our holiday. Angel, the manager who met us at the villa was lovely and although he did not speak much English he showed us everything we needed to know, how to work Aircon/ heating,WiFi, TV and washing machine. One of the best villas we have stayed in and only 25 minutes to some lovely sandy beaches.

This is a delightful villa set in the countryside just outside Catral. The villa is very well kept and is well equipped for a short- or longer-term stay. We were there for an extended period and it worked brilliantly for us. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are lovely and you can relax in different areas as the weather or time of day dictates. The pool is lovely, yes cold at the time of year we were there, but we still ventured in and then made use of the excellent hot tub. Bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and a high standard. We couldn’t fault the facilities.
Catral is a 20 min flat walk away and is great for cafes and restaurants, Saturday market and fiesta style events. Lovely place to visit of you want to see what the non touristy part of Spain is about.
The owners and manager helped us throughout the stay with the odd thing that needed some attention. Nothing was a problem, and they were there to offer assistance or just suggestion on the area. Great hosts.
We will certainly visit again and are planning our next adventure in Catral.
