Everything. The location is accessible to hospital, Mall etc. The room is always clean. There is washer and dryer in our room. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the complimentary buffet breakfast are great. The hotel stuff are courteous and helpful.

Breakfast with a view! Convenient location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Wonderfully clean gym. Pool area with an amazing view. Great value and the rooms are super spacious. Have stayed here 3 times already; it's our go-to when staying in Manila. Will certainly rebook again in the future as well. :)

Random internet/wifi interruptions. It's not too bad, but can be inconvenient for people who work remotely or online.

Since we only have a few days in Manila i booked a 2 room Suite which has a spacious living area. I accomodated friends and family in the living room. The Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping would always keep our room very clean and tidy ( Thank you Ms. RUTH ). The beds are very comfortable. And the area is so accessible to everything. It only took us 30mins from the Airport to the hotel. We left the airport at 5.45pm and arrived 6.15pm.

Exceptional place and very clean

The staff are very friendly and nice, especially the break fast team and the staff who are always at the entrance, and of course the front desk, we did not have any problems during 4 day stay, we will definitely come back again.

I didn't like the view from our room. It was just another building.

The Pool was nice and having a playroom was an extra point. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated it that there was free parking in the basement for guests. Location was also good and convenient. When we had special requests like detergent and kitchen towel, they provided them without any problem. 😊

The breakfast buffet could be better. There were buffet tables (serving the same food) in every seating area, which was good but the problem was replenishment and consistency. There were certain dishes that were not served and replenished anymore in one buffet area so we ended up checking out all the areas just to find what we were looking for (for example milk, croissant, glass). In the playroom, the toys need some replacement. It was also almost empty so if there were many kids, some would end up not having anything to play with. In the pool area, there were also very limited beds and lounges. The check out took a very long time due to a technical issue, but I guess we were unfortunate to have experienced that. We were a family of four and in the apartment there were only two sets of glassware and cutleries. But to emphasize, we still had a comfortable and good stay here and would recommend it further.

My 1 bedroom was in excellent condition, clean and well appointed. It even has a washer and dryer that I really didn't need. Location of my room was end of wing hallway. Perfect.

The tvs are difficult to control, one remote to handle the cable box and TV. It's a prescription for complexity and of course I ended up unable to use it. The windows of the surrounding building while not so close as in the other side of the building (which I experienced before) are still overlooking the bedroom so I ended up closing the curtains almost completely. One section of the bedroom window was free of surroundings.
