What a great find. By hotel standards it is not five star but it is one of the most comfortable and homely accommodations that we have ever stayed in. Absolutely brilliant location - so close to the boardwalk and beach and an easy stroll to bars and restaurants as well as a good size supermarket and the train station. The accommodation had everything we wanted and more - very comfortable queen size bed with quality bedding. A real plus for me. Very large bedrooms with closets. Very large living and dining room. Very comfortable seating/sofa. Great selection of books and games. Bathroom had plenty of toilet paper and assorted toiletries. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs - why cook when on holiday? So many fantastic restaurants etc to choose from!! Superb outdoor space to relax in. Very sunny with an amazing cantilever parasol for when the sun gets too much. Although the homeowners/hosts live upstairs, we never were disturbed by them. We had a small problem (health) while there and when we asked for assistance and advice, they could not have been more helpful, lovely and just so caring. They did everything on our behalf (made appointments, organised transport etc etc). So. Highly recommended accommodation. Semi basement but plenty of light (enough for us). Air conditioning. Night lights. Numerous USB and other plug ins for devices. Digital clock and weather information in the bedroom. Plenty of towels including beach towels and chairs. We will return for another stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is actually larger than the pictures suggest, we were able to park in the driveway - a huge plus, and the host even left us delicious chocolate chip cookies! It is only a block from the beach, and the back yard set up was very nice. All-in-all, we really could not have asked for anything more. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We had a very nice stay. This place is comfy and clean, exactly as described in the ad. Very close to the boardwalk and beach. Hosts were great communicators.

the neighborhood is lovely with off street parking. The owners were pleasant and helpful. However the apt had much to be desired My biggest disappointment was lack of stove top While owner didnt specify that there was a stove nor did he specify the lack of one To me, its not a true apt without a stove. Microwave with convection often isnt good enough imho Other issues include ceilings that were too low for comfort- at most 6 ft tall if not 5'10". Exposed pipes at ceiling were painted but peeling. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant time
