The location was perfect.
My bed was kinda hard to me.
The breakfast was not up to par at all. Sausage was overcooked and hard all around edges. The oatmeal ran out BOTH Saturday and Sunday and was NOT replaced. I was down there at 8.20 and got about 3 tablespoons! That was after getting a teaspoon and SCRAPPING for it!

I slept too late for breakfast, but I thought the hotel was beautifully appointed and my room was super-comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like was the hard ass bed. There was no softness and my body ached afterwards

The pool was very small and way too cold to go in. Breakfast started too late so we couldn't have any. There were some broken things in room 407. The exposed nails on the floor that my daughter stepped on was the worst thing.

Comfortable beds and clean showers
Breakfast was cleared at 8:54 am, should have waited an extra few minutes at least. There was someone constantly going in and out of their room at 3 am! The floor smelled like weed and there was trash and used bed linen in the hallway when we arrived.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean although I didn’t care for the scent in the room.
The staff was very rude. I got the impression that they were doing their job and nothing more. Breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m. sharp and if you were in the middle of getting eggs or bread or fruit they would take the tongs away so you couldn’t finish and just looked at you and said breakfast is over. They also gave us the wrong directions to our room.

Good location and friendly staff. breakfast was good. rooms were comfortable and clean.
air conditioner didn’t work. changed rooms and the a/c worked but made a horrible loud noise. staff was nice enough to move us, but the hvac system needs to be updated

the bed was uncomfortable. It sagged on the outer edges with a hump in the middle. The bed was too high. Difficult to get in and out.
Coffee cup lids did not fit the cups.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean overall, nice workout room, quiet.
I have two questions. 1) The room had three pillows instead of four. Is that typical? 2) The remote was lying on top of the plastic sleeve, not inside it. Are your hotels still sanitizing the remotes?

It was very clean and the employees we're very nice. it was not crowded at all so that was nice as well.
The only thing that bothered me was that my bed slanted down as if it had been slept in on one side too many years. Everything else was great
