Room was clean, facility was maintained well

Counter staff attitude less than desireable. Location of the hotel is less than safe surroundings. Too many character's hanging around the hotel entrance and intersection block. Police activity is noticable, but cant hang around 24hrs.

There's cockroach the bathroom didn't flush not one chair in the room n no towels

Room has no ventilation and air conditioner was not working. Room was so warm can’t sleep whole night.

Disgusting frightening low rating place ever I wouldn’t like to say on here what I thought of the location but don’t stay as it’s not a hotel!!!! Don’t like anything of the unit

tbh nothing, not parking lot, room was too dirty I rent 4 different rooms but I not recommend it

quality of room was of a good standard, plenty of space , good fixtures and’s fittings and nicely decorated. Also close to Subway station and airport links.

the surrounding location looked dubious. a bit run down was the immediate impression. it was quite late at night when we arrived, so this opinion could be a little bit misleading especially relative to central manhattan where nearly everywhere is litter strewn!

The only good thing is that the station is close, you can run away easily.

Do not let yourself being fooled by the name, the hotel is nowhere near JFK, the area is very dodgy, I was waken up twice by police blue lighting making operations on the Beach Street where the hotel is located. Room and Toilet were very dirty , the room was bot serviced for the whole 3 days I spent there and the key lock was not working propretly either.
