Extremely clean room. The front desk checked me in extremely quickly, and had someone ready to lift my suitcases up the stairs. It's also a great location, 5 min walk away from train station and bus stops. Great restaurants literally around the corner too!

Excellent location, walkable from Venice train station and most of the attractions too. Staff are very helpful and easy to checkin. Lots of restaurants around, gondola services.

Location fantastic
Had to climb numerous stairs to get to our room. With baggage was very inconvenient.
The room was misleading on booking. Com

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location next to the train station and the staff were very accommodating in helping with where to get transport to other islands and held our bags whilst we went out. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had all the basics
The room was quite cramped and the bathroom was particularly difficult to move around in, wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with limited mobility as the bath had high sides and was half size. It was however spotlessly clean. The other thing was the noise, the noise from other guests does carry through being able to hear every sound they make from their room sometimes feeling they were in our room with us. Fine for a one night stay close to the station
