karaksa hotel grande Shin-Osaka Tower

The check in and check out were very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and good size. Breakfast buffet had many options and several very good items. I really liked the option of rice porridge and all the small sides. Chicken karage was really good although that item was not available every morning. Also really liked the miso soup. I didn't have a chance to use the onsen, so I cannot comment on that. There is convenient on site laundry although the dryer was not very effective. I'm not sure if that's how Japanese dryers are in general. We had the same experience at another hotel where the clothes seemed more wet after a half hour of drying than when they first came out of the wash. I typically dry my clothes on low heat at home, and half an hour is usually enough for quick dry.

I thought the espresso drinks that were party of the complimentary drinks were overly sweet. It would have been nice to have latte type options that weren't automatically sweetened. Also soy, oat, or other options would be nice too.

Die gebuchten Zimmer waren so klein,dass wir gegen Aufpreis Zimmer getauscht hatten.Das Preis/Leistungsverhältniss stimmte überhaupt nicht,denn am Check in hätten wir die Zimmer zum halben Preis bekommen über Booking.com!!!!!

Very good location. Next to the shop. The hotel has the possibility to vacuum things that are put in the suitcase. There is a laundry room where you can wash clothes

Breakfast is poor. On the second day it was already difficult to find something to eat. There were quite a few Indian dishes, but eating curry every morning was not a good idea. The sausages were tasteless. The coffee is almost undrinkable. The rooms are very small, the sound insulation is poor
