Frühstück war sehr gut, wie auch das Essen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Zimmer zum Biergarten waren leider trotz Nachtvorhang , durch die vielen Leuchtmittel, sehr hell und da man bei warmen Aussentemperaturen nicht mit geschlossenem Fenster schläft war es auch nicht ganz ruhig. Auch zog er Nikotin der Raucher im Biergarten ins Zimmer, so dass die Bezeichnung Nichtraucherzimmer nicht ganz stimmt. Die Info, dass am Mittwoch Ruhetag ist und somit die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist, wurde einem nicht mitgeteilt. Mussten jemanden suchen, der und das Schlüsseldepot zeigte. Ging aber auch anderen eincheckenden Gästen so. Sollte viellicht in der Buchungsbestätigung erwähnt werden. Auch war während des ganzen Aufenthaltes nie jemand am Empfang, somit war auch nicht ersichtlich, wer Ansprechperson für die Gäste war.

we stayed on Tuesday - which was their Ruhetag - so no food or service, which was really disappointing

The place was very peacefull.

Staff was never around and not helpfull. The level of cleanliness was poor, there were flies all around the dining hall.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, helpful staff, and good food.

Location and the dinner at the restaurant

Mattress was overslept, very unconfortable, I could not sleep whole night, next morning I have asked to change it, but housekeeper told me that mattress is in very good shape and she can not change it. Also bedding was very old, with signs of the age althrough clean. Breakfast was pretty poor, no vegetable.

Very authentic countryside milieu surrounds this gasthof.

Next to this gasthof is a village church and its churcbells peal every 30 mins except in the middle of the night. The gasthof advertises Biergarten services, but they are not available everyday. The breakfast is very simple and if a certain article runs out no fullfillment will appear even if you ask for it! Additionally, a tourist tax will be added to the check though it is not mentioned in the reservation contract.
