Beautiful location right on the water. Views were lovely, even saw a few dolphins. Condo was clean & had everything we needed.

Beach view was awesome. Just a few steps from the beach. Everything was great. We will definitely be back!

Great location, wonderful condo. Will definitely check this one again when wanting another beach trip

Poor Man’s Palace at a Princely Price! The positives first: the location is excellent, right on the beach, with beautiful views from the 7th floor. The condo was generally clean, and the view alone made our stay enjoyable.Unfortunately, the owner seems to have spared no expense on the property purchase and every expense on the guest experience. The balcony furniture looks nice but appears to have been designed specifically to discourage sitting comfortably. We also arrived to a noticeable odor and ended up buying candles to make the condo more pleasant. The folding laundry doors were broken when we checked in. We reported it immediately and were told a work order would be submitted, but after a full week stay, nothing was repaired. The biggest disappointment was the lack of basic amenities. No beach chairs, no beach towels, no extra trash bags, no salt and pepper, and somehow not even a hair dryer. Family staying in another condo in the same building had all of these items provided.Overall, the view and location saved this review. With a few cushions, some basic amenities, and a little attention to maintenance, this could easily be a 5-star rental instead of a 3-star experience.
