Sehr zentrale Lage. Parkhaus nur 150 Meter enternt. (Ca 25 Euro pro Tag-Nacht). Für uns war alles OK. Zutritt mit dem Türcode hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Infos via Mail waren sehr hilfreich.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Ils n y peuvent rien mais avec les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit c était très bruyant ( il y avait des gens qui faisaient la fête jusqu’à 4h du matin-> marché de Noël

Great location, great apartment, super-easy to check in. It is one big room, however, not a separate bedroom, but that is totally fine.
Communication was a bit overkill - if I remember correctly, I got in total 18 emails from booking.com and the host about the stay. Less would have been more.
One drawback of the fact that there is noone on site to check what is going on: the other guests in some other apartments on the same floor were in party mode - that included being noisy waaaaay until midnight, loud banging on the doors (yes, this message is for you, Andre!) plus a guy running naked, only with a small towel, from one room to the other. And yes, they came back shortly after four AM, and yes, you could hear them.

Perfect "cozy" home base for our 4-day visit to Freiburg. Nice location within the pedestrian-only center of the city. Apartment was very clean, just big enough for the pair of us, with a comfortable bed and nicely appointed bathroom.

Very comfortable queen bed.. Well equipped with the main facilities that one can’t find in a hotel room. The Matching colors inside the apartment. The lady whom we met in the facility when we checked-in at 15:00. She was extremely helpful and polite although everything was in order.. greetings to her. The team who provided service all the time, felt like they really cared to make our stay more comfortable!

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Freiburg. If we would ever visit Freiburg again, we would have no reservation in booking this apartment again! Top notch!
This is just a recommendation for other travelers rather than something we didn't like:
We arrived by car and it is not so easy to get to the apartment, especially during the day. Parking in the Rotteckgarage is certainly possible, but very expensive. We have opted for Park+Ride, which was much cheaper and it is just a 5 min ride by tram to the next Park+Ride parking lot.

This was a great place to stay during my business trip in Freiburg. It was a bit more homey than a hotel and the location to the city center was unparalleled. It was also super easy to access the trams and train with a 5-10 min walk. Many places to eat and drink nearby.
There was very little that I didn't like about my stay. The place was a bit smaller than I was expecting, but was correct per the description when I looked back. More my mistake than anything.

Great location. Convenient for walking to all the key locations in Freiburg. The blackout curtains worked perfectly and helped us quickly get over our jet-lag. It was also very nice to have air conditioning.

Location is perfect for access to the old town. Neat and clean. Readily available regional and local public trains.
Many dinining options close by and cafes/bakeries next door for breakfast. Parking is your choice in a public garage within a short walk. Made use of the washer/dryer.

Fantastic. Walking distance from train station. Located in the Aldstadt. Two minutes walk from Rotteckring underground parking. Very new and clean. Spacious for the size of the apartment. Perfectly firm and comfortable bed. Great hot shower. New lift to apartments and to basement for washing machine.

Super comfy beds, very stylish overall look of the appartment . The bathroom and especially the shower were very spa looking. And we really liked the tea flavors that were put out for us.
At night you could still hear the train outside which was a bit distracting. Also one of the key cards to the flat didn‘t work.
