Our 2day trip staying here was absolutely outstanding! I can’t stress how wonderful and amazing the property was! Clean, stylish, plenty of room and so comfortable. The location was perfect for shops, bars and restaurants. However, it was our host, Vincent who truly made our stay magical. He is so professional and extremely helpful in every aspect of the property and guests who stay here. Literally 100% perfection for all that he did for us. I highly recommend anyone to stay here and you will be treated to the most wonderful stay in this beautiful town!

Absolutely nothing!!

Vincenzo's parents are nice and kind, trying to do their best. Next day, after the horrible situation lived during check in, they even bring me fresh fruit. New refurnished apartment.

Be aware that 100 € in cash as deposit are required. If you don't have the money you should go to an ATM for retrieving it otherwise you will not be allowed to sleep there, it doesn't matter the time of the day it was. This is what it happened to me. I arrived around 20:30 by train. Vicenzo's parents kindly were to pick me up to train station (for free) and to do the check in. Even though he knew my arrival time since morning, 10´before arrive, he asked me for 10€ extracost due to late check out (I didn't pay). It was written in general conditions but not showed when you made the booking. Check in process took really longtime (fill papers, etc). I was asked for paying in cash (there wasn't other alternative) room rate (56€, only 1 night) but also 100€ as deposit for any possible damages caused. I didn't know it before and I didn't have the money. They were completely inflexible and said me if I didn't pay I couldn't sleep there and I will have to look for another place to sleep that night. It was almost 10 pm, there were not almost any options in Ceglie and I was alone, without car. So, finally I went to ATM, withdrew the money and payed bank's comisión. I couldn't have dinner till 11 pm. It was a real nightmare for me, very unpleasant experience. For the check out, it was also necessary to arrange an appointment to leave the keys. So, you don't have freedom to do as you want because you are depending on others. The place itself it's not bad but nothing special. It smells a little damp. It's said breakfast it's included but the food provided is very poor and short (only coffee, milk and industrial pastry). For me it was once of the worst situations I lived ever (and I have travelled all around the world along longtime). Price is overpriced too as Ceglie is not a very tourist place and there is almost nothing to do. Next day I paid 48€ in a similar place inside Ostuni's Historic Center.
