Location was great and relatively central. Close to the main park and Kruprówki, but far enough away from the main street that it's quiet and serene. The apartment facilities served us well, with a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, a large sofa and lift nearby. Comms via Booking.com with the staff were good, but a little disjointed with the arrival experience. There was no quibbles with the deposit return, however.

The staff were helpful and prompt enough with contact over Booking.com messaging, but when we arrived, there was no-one there to greet us, no-one on reception, and no answer on the number that were published at the entrance. When we finally got a number (after being tired from 10-hours travelling) the woman (who only spoke Polish) seemed to say we were told via email we had to let them know 24 hours before of our arrival time.we had NO SUCH EMAIL. And, WE DID LET THEM KNOW, on booking on Booking.com, many months before, and that was accurate to when we arrived. Anyway, someone arrived after a wait to let us in and give us keys. Also, whilst in photos the apartment looks smart and new, it was quite rundown on closer inspection. With a lot of damage, staining and tired fixtures and fixings. No doubt it has had some abuse, but it's even more evident from the modern appearance.

Great breakfast in restaurant next door.
