I liked that it was clean and quiet

Only thing I didn't like is that we got to cedar city early like 2pm asked for a lil earlier check in then 6pm but was denied so we had no where to go for 4 hours

Nice one bedroom house. Comfortable.

The furnace was very loud.

Pro: excellent proximity to Main Street and Shakespeare Festival. Property manager was easy to work with. Air conditioner worked. Clean bathrooms, and kitchen. Adequate silverware. Reserved covered parking.

Overall somewhat dingy. Weeds growing out under porch stairs, dirty carpet. Bed linens and towels really need replacing. “Fully equipped kitchen “ had no oven and no toaster. Small toaster oven that would not hold pizza slices for two, let alone frozen pizza or pan of brownies. Cupboard shelves were mostly broken. Inadequate number of plates provided. No dining table, even though there was adequate space.
