I selected this property only for the location

I selected this property because I get this as a result for the hotel. I looked for the hotel. I wanted to have free check-in and checkout. But this is the apartment in regular building. I could rent another apartment even in better location if I knew it was it.I asked for the checkout 1 day before that I need to leave at 8am. As a result nobody came, nobody answered. And I checked out after 9 o'clock. I had to change my doctor's application and other plans.. There was no soap, water was constantly flowing in the toilet, for the kitchen except for the kettle and cups nothing. The same for kitchen, there is a pan, so it's possible to cook. But there is no oil, salt, scapula or other small things that you don't want to buy for a hotel if you stay for short period. They collected a deposit at one night stay, but nothing was mentioned at the website that I need to pay it.

Close to Metro

We Travel 3 ladies and chosen 3 bad but it was so difficult to get third bad linens from cleaning lady, or they call “manager”… But this is not the worst thing about them. 2nd day elevator was broken, apart is on the 9th floor, when we try to find fire stairs, we learned that, only way to reach through this lady’s room. we stuck on the floor, if anything happens no way to go out. So you have to reach her and if she wants (not so pleasant welcome face) you are able to get down 9 floor, same think when you come back. Next day we had carry our luggage all the way 9floor down. This is big crime, they close the fire stairs and made her a living room, someone has to inform the local authorities. Also difficult to find the apartment, I have sent a message 2 days arriving they send me answers after we checked. Don’t go before 2pm no way you can leave your luggage, even she let us in 1.30 she was angry when we ask 3rd bad sheet at 8pm.

The building is new but rooms are very small, A/C is good for nothing and doesnt work properly and was very hot. Furniture cheapest possible and the facility staff very rude and didnt even clean, though we stay for 10 days and she always complains that she have too many flats to handle so she will not handle anything.

This is not a hotel. Its apartments where they rent few apartments like hotel rooms.. The lady who runs the place is Awesome. Awesome large room. GREAT location. Less than $2 Uber to downtown Kiev. Right next to University of the Arts. GREAT convenience store at entrance to building. Great Cafe and Coffee shop near University entrance. This place is perfect.

The location wasn’t bad.

I wasn’t informed that there’s a passcode to enter the apartment until i messaged them on whatsapp to say i arrived. Then it was already too late until they replied ‘cause i lost wifi and was on my way there. Then it took around 45 min to get help (it was very hard since there’s literally almost no one who can speak english, including the staff who helped me check-in -i used google translate-) to find the right apartment. There was no toilet paper in the room. We were 3 but there were 2 quilts that are both size of 1 person. There were 1 towel for each of us, we stayed 3 nights 4 days. And when i asked if we could get fresh towels, they said 1 free towel for each week. I don’t know who uses the same towel every day for whole week. So you better take some with you if you care to take a shower everyday like i do.
