Muy sucio el lugar, había cucarachas y hormigas en la cocineta, colchones se sentía el resorte, totalmente descuidado, toallas sucias con pelos, tuve que gastar en otro hotel. Las fotos son engañosas, no muestran el departamento realmente. Muy decepcionada del lugar.

Lo único rescatable la vista

Le falta muchísimo mantenimiento , limpieza , cambiar los muebles son viejos , descuidados y sucios , huele a humedad , al aire goteaba ( llame a recepción y lo repararon ) si vas con personas de la tercera edad o niños pequeños ni lo pienses son muchas escaleras para todo , no lo recomiendo ojalá pongan atención a las necesidades de la propiedad P.D amanecimos con piquetes que no son de moscos

The fabrics were a little grubby and fittings in need of some attention.

Bathroom not clean enough. Kitchen pots/pans old and scraped.

the pool and restaurant and receptionists were very friendly

no elevators…had to go up n down a lot of stairs to get to pool or beach

They have problems finding my reservation., The room wasn’t ready, One hour and a half delayed to clean it up!!! Stuck up” hostess etc...

Accessible, no hotel service, the owner did not respond, the accommodation were small and not as specified.
