Did not get complimentary breakfast as it was booked through OYO

Room cleanliness was very bad

I liked the cheating done by booking.com and OYO and hotel management.

In the name of covid everything is to be compromised, rather booking.com should discontinue this property. Firstly booking .com offered me no advance payment for confirm booking then I received mail from OYO insisting me to make part payment, otherwise it will not be confirmed, so I opted for part payment, when I opened the link surprisingly it was 100 %payment with taxes. You people have cheated me, don't waste my time for excuse mail or correspondence.

Room was very comfortable and the room service excellent. Food was also fairly good. The location was best within reach of railway station etc. One exceptionally good receptionist was Ms. Struthi, who went out of her way to help us. She deserves compliments.

The following need to be improved upon. 1. The door for entering the room was getting jammed due to rains & swelling of wood. It was a Herculean task to open the from inside every day. In spite of repeated complaints, apart from assurance, nobody attended to this. 2. There was always a struggle for hot water every morning in the bathroom. We had to complain & some one would do something & hot water would be available for about 2 hours. This exercise had to be done every day & there was no permanent solution till we checked out.
