Nothing being satisfied.

Even though have booked “river view” room what we saw was construction equipments at the lowest floor. For three of us we had requested another extra bed, but the housekeeping had kept arranged only for two persons so everyday we needed to ask for the additional amenities and had need to request what we need. In addition the front staff gave us insufficient explanations for about the payment which we had not be able to accept. Will never stay again.

housekeeping is lacking, examples: 3 guests but only two shower towels did not clean toilet and the last day of stay did not clean bathroom

Easy to get to the waterfront.

Difficult to get to the basement parking. Too narrow/tight. You have got to be a highly experienced driver to go in/out of the basement.

Great location and easy to reach the highlights of the town.

To make reservation was quite difficult, have to do it during office hours only. Finally, I booked a room through booking.com and the result was not very good
