We really loved the rustic industrial vibe of the room. It was spacious, quiet, and the beds were very, very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The location was so convenient.
It was a little hard to find as we could not see a sign identifying the property. Google maps helped.

Right in the heart of Jiufen but also quiet at night.
Most comfortable bed we had in Taiwan.
Large range of complimentory snacks!
Owner shared the history of the home & also shared places to see & recommended great eateries.
Great bar/restaurant upstairs linked with accomodation with delicious food & amazing view from the rooftop bar.

The host was so friendly! We were sad that the night we were there was the night that the restaurant was closed (Thursday), but the host gave us some great recommendations that helped make our evening in Jiufen memorable
The steps were a bit intimidating, but it is to be expected in a mountain town like Jiufen.
