Very nice and comfortable apartment, even for a family. Perfect location (close to the beach, close to supermarket, close to city centre) in one of the best parts of the Volos. Great communication with the host.

The kitchen could be better equipped. The markings on the stove have been deleted, so the control of the stove is a bit of a coincidence. The microwave is missing.

Nicely decorated. Great location. Washing machine. Pretty clean. Bed in main room very comfortable. Fans in bedroom. Nice to have bottle of water in fridge

Horrible smell under kitchen sink which we noticed when we used garbage (didn’t use kitchen for ate out). Shower awkward for tap in middle of tub . Bathroom very small. Air conditioner couldn’t keep up with extreme heat in bedrooms

Good communication in general, location, price, comfortable, 2 bedrooms, small office desk in one of them, clean. Decent internet speed.

The house needs some small but important details to fix. The old wooden style may be nice to look, but when the doors and balconies and windows are so old and with wooden frames frozen air and even smells from burning wood other houses where entering the flat day and night! With just few money you can buy rubber for the windows to isolate them and not loose heat. Also the thermostat was broken. stuck in 1 temperature around 18c when outside was -4c and with the leaks from the windows was difficult to keep it warm. Broken stove buttons didn't know what number was selected or not. Finally during last night there was a lot of noise from the flat underneath or next to us at 23:30 which is a time of silence.
